Pierre Polièvre (Pee Pee) was campaigning hard for the Conservative Party in Vancouver Chinatown over the Chinese New Year. Pee Pee has been in politics for over 20 years and has been re-elected as the MP for the Ottawa Carleton constituency for 5 times but failed to qualify for a basic level security clearance due to falsifying his academic qualifications. He was not able to get through the lowest level of security check since he was elected as a member of parliament in 2004. Such a scumbag can actually become the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada. It can be seen what kind of character the Conservative Party appreciates! Like the bully Trump, Pee Pee’s words are completely unreliable for he is untrustworthy!

In his very first election, when the twenty some year-old Pierre Polièvre was running for Conservative nomination in the Nepean-Carleton constituency in Ottawa, he claimed that he had just graduated from college and moved to Ottawa from Alberta (at that time he first represented the Canadian Alliance Party, whose leader was Stockwell Day). Introduced by Ottawa real estate agent Renren Bai, I introduced him to the Chinese community in Ottawa. At that time, he enthusiastically participated in the fundraising event of Queensway-Carleton Hospital (that is, the small suburban hospital in Ottawa known for its obstetrics and gynecology department where I gave birth to my son in 2002). I was the trilingual hostess of that fundraising event in English, French and Chinese. He sang "Red River Valley" (the favorite song of Doctor Norman Bethune, a famous internationalist fighter and member of the Communist Party of Canada who was born in Ontario, practiced medicine in Montreal, and died in the Chinese War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression) and won the trust and welcome of the Chinese community in Ottawa. He relied on the votes of the Carleton Constituency which was a rural riding in the suburbs of Ottawa with a densely populated Chinese community of rich realtors, many of whom were from PRC (Mainland China known as the People’s Republic of China since 1949), for 5 consecutive terms since then.

However, since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Pee Pee has led the Conservative Party to take advantage of the "Wuhan virus" and "China virus" countercurrents set off by Trump to frame and persecute Chinese civil servants and heads of academic institutions in the Canadian federal government as well as Chinese Community Organizations, including myself.

I am Marianne Situ Ph D, the senior interpreter of Asian and European languages ​​and indigenous languages ​​of the Canadian federal government for more than 30 years, and I was the senior interpreter in English, French and Chinese since 1992 at the highest political levels in Canada.

I was previously the only student in Beijing Foreign Studies University who won the title of city-level "Three Excellences Students" (Ethical Conduct, Academic Excellence and Physical Education)for three consecutive years in 1986-1989. I jumped a grade in 1987 and obtained a bachelor's degree in 1989 due to my outstanding academic achievements. In 1990, I was the only master's student in the French Department of Carleton University who graduated with a Distinction in master's thesis. In 1994, I defended my doctoral thesis in a record time of 45 minutes with 4 years of studies, becoming the youngest doctoral graduate in the history of the French Department of University of Ottawa (Canada's oldest official bilingual university, founded in 1848) (at the age of 26). I have worked diligently for the Canadian federal government for 32 years, I settled in Ottawa, and made positive contributions to the local Chinese community for 35 years. (In 1989, I participated in the 4.27 Tiananmen Square Democracy Movement in Beijing and was qualified as humanitarian immigration applicant specially approved by Prime Minister Mulroney in October 1989). Because of my integrity and honesty, I have the highest security level that Canadian citizens can get (enhanced top secret level, i.e. level 4).

However, even so, I have been subjected to unwarranted and baseless slander and professional harassment by the Conservative Party for four years since 2021, which even escalated to death threats!

On February 2, 2025, I received the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the highest honor given by Canada to citizens with outstanding contributions. As early as 2001, I was the recipient of the highest award for Canadian federal civil servants - the Citation of Excellence personally signed by Prime Minister Chrétien for my contribution to the success of Team Canada 2001 to China- the largest international trade mission from Canada on record.

In my 32 year public service career, I have served four Canadian prime ministers and four governors general, having successfully completed 2,500 assignments without a single negative review. In July 2022, I was awarded the CEO Award of the Canadian Federal Translation Bureau for my special contribution as the inaugural chief interpreter of indigenous languages ​​in the history of the Canadian government during Pope Francis' visit to Canada.

I resigned in protest on October 1, 2024 and published an open letter to National Inquiry on Foreign Interference into Canadian Elections against the unconstitutional conduct of the Conservative Party and the New Democratic Party's use of the "foreign interference investigation" to suppress Chinese public servants and dissidents and openly discriminate against Chinese Canadians, against their anti-China, anti-Chinese and anti-Chinese Canadian agenda and their discriminatory practices.

Pierre Polièvre has won the election with the votes of Ottawa Chinese Canadians in five consecutive federal elections since 2000. After five re-elections, he turned his back FIRST on Chinese Canadians and betrayed the very constituents who got him elected in the first place to suppress and persecute Chinese Canadians who had immigrated to Ottawa from the PRC! How can this traitorous behaviour be tolerated!

This is the true portrayal and truth of the Conservative Party saying one thing and doing another, making false claims, and smearing and framing Chinese immigrants!

The true face of Pee Pee is a political hooligan and a mad dog that bites even his own master and voters in his own constituency!

The Chinese Canadians in Ottawa firmly defend the equal rights of Chinese Canadians and vow to drive Pee Pee out of the National Capital Region!

We swear to defend the equal rights of Chinese Canadians and the basic human rights protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms: freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of religious belief, freedom of peaceful petition, and the right to participate in politics and be elected!

Pierre Polièvre博励治自2004年以来，在连续5次联邦大选中，靠着渥太华华人选票上台、五次连任后居然翻脸不认人，背叛华人社区多年的信任和养育之恩，第一个打压迫害渥太华大陆背景的华人！

是可忍孰不可忍！

这就是保守党说一套做一套、自己弄虚作假、却对华人移民进行捕风捉影污蔑陷害的真实写照和事实真相！
