笑果的反应，是迅速的。
军方发批评后1小时，笑果文化公司回应：
已在第一时间对李昊石本人进行了批评教育，并引以为戒对全体演员进行了教育和警示。
同时又表示：笑果一直十分注重责任担当与文化使命，也一直想建立行业标准，和行业伙伴们做好脱口秀这个行业。
昨天下午2点，House本人也终于道了歉：
眼看前官宣没能“压住”网友的愤怒，
5月16日，笑果再次发声：
无限期停止House（李昊石）的后续一切演艺工作。
封杀涉事艺人，丢卒保车，
不得不说，笑果这一波操作666。
南“笑果”北“单立人”，这两家以脱口秀崛起的公司，已经发展成了庞然大物。
“笑果“成立于2014年5月，目前已经拥有了超过100位签约演员，而旗下一人粉丝百万以上的，就有8位。
很多人都知道李诞，但其实“笑果“真正的大BOSS是董事长叶烽。
李诞是笑果的面子,叶烽才是笑果的里子。
《今晚80后脱口秀》、《吐槽大会》、《脱口秀大会》，背后都离不开叶烽。
此前有媒体报道称：
《脱口秀大会》第二季，笑果启用的全是自己的演员，与笑果签约，是演员们上大会的前提，合约期限通常是10年，第一年商务分成10%。
热门选手外派到其他俱乐部，票务分成涨到了40%。
“笑果“，似乎成了中国脱口秀的代名词。
但是，如果细查起来，
这家旗下艺人的违法，可不止一宗。

2021年2月，李诞发了一女性内衣广告，
广告语是：
“让女性轻松躺赢职场的装备。”
在引发大量女性的“不适”后，北京海淀区市场监管局将其作为了“违法广告典型案例”。
李诞个人被罚87万，笑果公司被罚20万。
此事被中央政法委官方号点名：
2020年5月，笑果文化艺人卡姆，因涉毒被拘留。
随后，因涉嫌容留他人吸毒被依法处以有期徒刑8个月，罚金2000元。
随后，笑果官宣：无限期封杀。
2023年2月，笑果艺人孟川被禁言，目前其账号仍处于禁言状态。
理由：违反相关法律法规。
很多人疑惑，他到底说了啥？

事情都到这样了，还有人公然洗白。
别有居心的人又搬出“言论自由”，叫嚣着：
脱口秀，本来就是“冒犯的艺术”！
中国怎么这么不宽容呢？
还有人大呼：美国脱口秀啥都能讲！尺度可大了！
真的是这样吗？
在脱口秀的起源地美国，的确有很多尺度颇大的节目，比如一些政治人物时常会成为嘲讽的对象。
但是，如果你真的懂美国的规则，就会发现：
所有脱口秀节目不会触及社会制度、破坏社会现状，但凡涉及宗教、种族、女性、言语等话题更是少之又少，因为一不小心就可能触碰雷区。
比如，不会有人胆敢将“911”变成梗。
今天，我和一位美国的同事谈起，竟然有中国脱口秀演员公然将“”抗美援朝的战士”比喻成狗，对方一脸的不可思议。
之前，在美国曾由演员调侃一位共和党议员，巧合的是，这位议员是曾在中东作战时受伤的独眼退役军人。
事发后，美国两个党统一战线，勒令其道歉。
所以别再说什么美国言论自由、尺度大了！
那不是坏，就是无知！
今天笑果艺人的这事，
放在哪个国家，都是红线。

还有很多，值得我们思考。
当国人把娱乐至死发挥到极致，我们离科学越来越远；当孩子的理想是做明星而不是科学家，我们离思想越来越远；媒体舆论关注的是明星蛋碎，而非宣扬思想、开启民智，我们离教育越来越远……

如果演艺明星的地位和财富远高于科研工作者，哪个小孩还选择搞科研呢？同理，在地位和财富如日中天的社会里，人们是否会安心公正地做官，安心公正地办案，安心做个好医生、好老师、好律师呢？

艳阳高照的大温哥华本拿比中央公园，人声鼎沸，拖家带口的大家族带着烤炉正在BBQ。无人可以想象，这里曾经有一名13岁的华裔女孩，被陌生男人拖进小道勒晕，遭到非人的性侵，最后一个人在绝望和黑暗中咽下了最后一口气。
昨天（5月17日）的庭审，法医杰森·莫林 (Jason Morin) 终于出庭作证，在他的证词里，受害女孩的下体内有多处钝器伤，身上多处验出了嫌疑人的体液和DNA。
但是在无数的证据面前，嫌疑人阿里仍然不认罪。
虽然现在法庭对女孩的姓名发布了出版禁令。但是大温哥华华人社区从来没有忘记过这个女孩的姓名。
法医莫林讲述了这名悲惨的13岁华裔女孩在死后，用尸体告诉大家的真相。
在这个没有监控，没有证人的林间步道里，只有法医检测出来的证据才能还原事情的真相。
莫林表示，他尸检的时候可以确定，这名女孩是被勒死的，因为她的眼睛和脸上的血管都有破裂。
然而，阿里的辩护律师本·林斯基 (Ben Lynskey) 却在法庭上屡屡为难法医。
“可是你的报告上写着，女孩的颈部是没有受伤的。”
莫林表示：“只有25%的勒死案件里可以看到肉眼可见的伤痕。颈静脉长时间承受4.4磅的压力就可以致死。她的静脉被压了，不是动脉。”
然而，辩护律师本还是抓着法医的措辞不放：
“你报告里写的是窒息死亡，没有写勒死或者掐死，你写的太模棱两可了。”
其实，这名辩护律师本也有很大的来头。
本（Ben）是一名专攻刑事辩护的律师，他曾经多次帮助谋杀的犯人辩护，而且还曾经帮他的委托人摆脱了一级谋杀的指控。
其他的还有帮助性侵犯，毒贩，抢劫犯，非法拘禁犯，枪支犯等等，在本的辩护下，这些嫌疑人都获得了无罪宣判。
他还曾经在2起二级谋杀案中成功帮嫌疑人获得了过失杀人罪的减刑。
是个非常有经验、熟练老道的律师。
在本律师咄咄逼人地询问下。
法医莫林说出了更多的证词——
注意：以下证词可能会引起不适。
莫林表示，他对女孩的下体，嘴，还有胸部进行了DNA试纸检测，在这些地方，莫林都发现了嫌疑人阿里的DNA。
甚至，他还在女孩的身体里发现了嫌疑人阿里的体液。
不止如此，莫林还发现女孩身上多处受伤，包括阴道，肛门，直肠都有钝器伤，莫林作证，这都是被性侵的证据。
在公开庭审中，警方还放出了现场的一些照片。
小女孩用的钱包被掉落在林间小道，原本干净可爱的小猫头鹰，如今变得泥土斑斑。
小女孩喜欢听音乐，她的耳机也被扔在了树丛里，上面还有她最喜欢的粉色贴纸：
她只是一个生活在大温的普通华裔女孩，她可以是你我的朋友，或者朋友的孩子，她像每个普通女孩一样喜欢粉色，喜欢动漫，喜欢听歌。
她什么错都没有，只是戴着耳机在公园里散步，就被人勒晕，在草丛里反反复复性侵，最后惨死，这是多么的冰冷绝望。
上一次的庭审中，第一个赶到现场的警长讲述了他所看到的场景。
2017年7月18日，只是一个普通的星期二，但之于生活在本拿比的华人移民被害家庭而言，这是个永远不愿回忆起，但又无法忘怀的日子。
13岁的女孩在这一天出门去咖啡店买咖啡。
Tim hortons的监控拍到了女孩戴着耳机，轻松活泼，帮别人扶着门，主动扔垃圾，一个受到良好教育，刚移民来加拿大不久的华裔女孩，是如此的善良。
但是，就在几个小时后，她被无家可归的难民阿里奸杀，抛尸在中央公园里。
晚上11点左右，警察接到女孩父母的电话，称孩子失踪了，下午出门后就没消息了。
警方连夜搜索，终于在凌晨1点的中央公园发现了女孩的尸体，但是整个身体都已经凉透了。
本拿比皇家骑警重罪的警长迈克尔·厄姆森 (Michael Urmson) 告诉法官，他发现受害人女孩的时候，她的衣服是被卷起的，胸部露在外面，牛仔裤和内裤缠在一起，只挂在一条腿上。
因此，迈克尔判断这名女孩应该是遭到性侵犯和谋杀。
嫌疑人Ali的辩护律师却追问警长：“是否看到旁边有保险套包装，这有可能是一场你情我愿的性行为。”
警长表示没有，因为这样的脱衣服方式不符合自愿的行为，肯定有谋杀在里面，不然可以先把衣服穿好，而不是留在那个位置。
脑神经病理学家Stephen Yip指出，他检查过受害者的脑组织，这名女孩的大脑有明显的受伤痕迹，说明她大脑缺氧长达10分钟左右。
而且，被缺氧失去意识之后，可能生理上还活着，大概经过了30分钟到1个小时才完全死亡。
如果这个说法成立，那么女孩在被侵犯的时候可能是有意识的，而且折磨了长达1个小时，才慢慢死亡。
但是Stephen Yip说，由于伤势过于严重，就算早点被找到，女孩可能也救不回来。
如今，证人齐聚法庭，从各个方面都证明了嫌疑人阿里不是无辜的。
他作为一个叙利亚难民，在登陆加拿大3个月内就犯下如此丧心病狂的恶行，实在让人恨得牙痒。
但是因为他的不认罪，和辩护律师的主张，本次庭审估计到9月份都不会结束。
庭审仍在继续，只判制裁到来的那一天。
