警惕“叶利钦式”人物，被外国收买、培养、扶持，对国家破坏极大
上世纪六十年代，毛主席主持《九评》工作时曾经这样评价过苏联和赫鲁晓夫：“赫鲁晓夫修正主义集团在苏联搞和平演变，是向所有社会主义国家，包括中国在内，敲响了警钟。”
中法建交后，毛主席在会见戴高乐时再次提到了赫鲁晓夫：“它是代表一个阶层的利益，不是代表广大人民群众的利益。”
其实毛主席的这番话并不是在反击赫鲁晓夫在国际会议上诋毁中共的行为，毛主席所指出的正是苏联实际的问题，他似乎早已预料到苏联会解体。
其实苏联的计划经济模式一直都存在极大的弊端，优先发展重工业，忽视轻工业，导致苏联产业结构畸形，国家大力发展军事工业，占用了大量改善民生的资金。
勃列日涅夫上台后，苏联的军事发展按下了快进键，表面上看苏联的军事实力达到了巅峰，但是苏联人民苦不堪言。为了维护自己的地位，勃列日涅夫大肆培养亲信，导致苏联形成了特权阶级。
