可持续发展目标青年领袖

2020年9月18日，联合国宣布选出17名青年为可持续发展青年领袖，以协助联合国、联合全球力量，推动联合国2030可持续发展目标发展，以应对解决世界上最紧迫的全球化问题，并激励年轻一代为所有人创造更美好的未来。

01 可持续发展目标青年领袖

“可持续发展目标青年领袖每两年从联合国成员国中挑选一次。本次17位青年领袖年龄在18-29岁之间，他们分别来自澳大利亚、孟加拉国、巴西、保加利亚、中国、哥伦比亚、埃及、印度、爱尔兰、利比里亚、尼日利亚、巴基斯坦、秘鲁、塞内加尔、土耳其、乌干达和美国。

联合国秘书长青年人问题特使贾亚特玛·维克勒马纳亚克(Jayathma Wickramanayake)表示，在这前所未有的时期，2020届青年领袖是年轻人如何带头为所有人塑造一个更可持续、更具包容性的未来的“一个明证”。在这些青年领袖中，他们来自不同的国家、拥有不同的肤色、信仰不同的宗教，但毫无疑问，他们都对可持续发展目标拥有着极大的投入热忱，身体力行地为全球更好的发展不断地付出贡献。

02 柳济琛

“在这17位青年领袖中，23岁的柳济琛是第一位来自中国的联合国可持续发展目标青年领袖。在联合国收到的7600份可持续发展青年领袖申请中，柳济琛凭借着自己在利用互联网、人工智能方面为节约粮食所做出的新颖又杰出的贡献成功脱颖而出，被选拔为第一位来自中国的联合国可持续发展青年领袖。

而这位杰出的联合国可持续发展青年领袖，是如何从清华“吃”进联合国的呢？

03 转变与尝试

“2014年，柳济琛考入了清华大学土木工程系。由于个人平时的饮食习惯倾向于素食，他离开了刚上大学加入的不少组织和社团，最终选择留在了素食社团，并且成为了一名素食主义者。而这个素食习惯的养成，也让他对社会上饮食与环保的问题有了更多的关注与思考。


2016年，他偶然看见一条新闻，是有关国外举办了“剩食烹饪派对”的报道，于是便开始关注餐饮浪费问题。这场国外的“派对”激起了他的兴趣，他在清华也举行了一场“剩食派对”。本是一次小小的尝试，却在校内有100多人参加。这让柳济琛更想在食物节约领域大干一场。

但，怎么干？柳济琛却没太大的思路。

04 “光盘打卡”应运而生

“功夫不负有心人，一次偶然的机会，柳济琛和朋友去一家餐馆吃饭。他发现这家餐厅推出了这样一个政策：顾客如果实现了“光盘”即可以获得一张餐厅给予的“惜福卡”，如果“惜福卡”上的光盘记录积累到6次，店家就会赠送一些茶点作为奖励。

柳济琛被这样一个思路启发了。他认为，虽然这个主意特别好，但卡片实在是容易丢。而且这个光盘送卡的活动只在这一家餐厅进行，并无法与其他餐厅通用。因此，他想出了一个互联网与人工智能相结合的新体态工具，“光盘打卡”就此应运而生。

2017年，他一鼓作气，组织团队开发了“光盘打卡”微信小程序，用户只要用手机拍张照，“光盘打卡”就能识别出食物有没有被吃光。“打卡”成功后，用户会获得积分奖励，积分可以兑换环保、公益、扶贫等主题的特色商品，也可以捐赠出去，由爱心企业提供一定比例的配捐。

2018年，柳济琛决定先休学创业，并创办了自己的公司，所推出的程序吸引了50万“光盘人士”的加入和使用。除此之外，柳济琛团队策划开展的多个项目获得环保领域奖项，利用科技创新、AI助力的环保问题解决思路也吸引了无数年轻大学生加入柳济琛引领的光盘热潮。

05 新的机遇与挑战

“作为联合国可持续发展目标青年领袖，柳济琛计划在未来两年任期内，将“光盘打卡”向国际推广。“不浪费食物是每个人都应该遵循的生活方式，不分种族，不分国籍。”虽然只是一个小小的“光盘打卡”，但这一行动不仅能够减少食物浪费，并且对于联合国实现2030可持续发展目标中的SDGs12“确保可持续消费和生产模式”有着至关重要的作用。

“光盘打卡”在国际上的推广十分有助于促进资源和能源的高效利用。可持续消费和生产旨在“降耗、增量、提质”，即在提高生活质量的同时，通过减少整个生命周期的资源消耗、环境退化和污染，来增加经济活动的净福利收益，这是一个需要社会多方积极参与的工作。而“光盘打卡”充分连接了企业、消费者、决策者、媒体和发展合作机构，让社会发挥力量，构建全球公民的光盘意识，从而实现不浪费食物、节能环保的愿景。

柳济琛通过对自身饮食习惯的深思，掀起了社会上一股AI+互联网光盘的热潮，让自己登上联合国舞台，成为可持续发展青年领袖。相信无数青年兄弟姐妹们已经一边竖起大拇指一边钦佩大神了。但实际上，作为中国青年的我们，每个人都有为实现可持续发展目标“发声”的机会。

联合国全球聚焦远程培养计划是全球三大联合国国际组织官方青年发展项目之一，也是联合国系统内仅有的集联合国全球四大办事处的力量而举办的青年发展项目。

在项目中，受训青年将会自行选择热门的可持续发展目标，并围绕相关主题，在联合国官员的1v1指导下每人独立完成联合国制式格式的《可持续发展目标行动倡议书》。

其中，学员完成的优秀倡议书报告还将被递送至联合国经济与社会事务部可持续发展目标司，如通过了联合国方的筛选，将有可能在联合国官网进行展示。优秀倡议书还会选发在联合国全球聚焦远程培养计划组委会的微信公众号中，让可持续发展目标发声在中国，发声在世界，也为学员提供了一个真正地成为世界青年领袖的机会与平台。

不仅如此，学员在项目中还能够通过线上方式，沉浸式走入联合国，与多个来自不同国家的联合国官员、各国驻联合国大使对话沟通，分享自己的见解与想法，让中国青年的声音走向世界。课程中，学员还将模拟外交磋商，与其他学员共同修改“绿色地球——全球环保计划”决议，获得一个真正的联合国体验。

项目结束后，学生将会得到联合国协会世界联合会秘书长签发官方UN Spotlight项目《结业证书》、项目《成绩单》，在联合国官员指导下完成的成型《联合国可持续发展目标行动倡议书》，成绩表现优异的前50%学员还将得到联合国高级官员签发的《推荐信》。

我记得我们当年推出一款产品，战战兢兢，没有想到一举摧毁了西方企业，我们自己都不敢相信，没有想到他们的高科技企业这么脆弱吗？就这样大大增强了我们的自信心。原来只要投入资金研发，扎扎实实做研究和做产品，我们会有竞争力的，思路通了，尝到甜头了，只要有信心干就是了。不要信西方企业鬼话和神话，再牛逼的企业照样可以超越。

仰望跪舔永远只能做奴才，不持续投入时间和精力去做研发，不去扎扎实实做事情，哪怕技术相差一秒钟，你也赶不上。
