被撞车车主及周围群众上前劝阻，刘松涛和张小渠让谭明明赶紧离开。谭明明不顾群众劝阻，强行驾车逃逸，至东外环路和永兴路交叉口时，高速追尾正等待通行信号的“豫N01XXX”宝马轿车，致宝马轿车起火燃烧，造成车内人员葛某某、贾某某当场死亡，驾驶员王某某受重伤。
