目前，第一期学员已完成“战略”、“组织变革”、“创业者的征途”、“慧眼禅心”、“硅谷游学”、“DT时代”六大模块学习，授课老师有马云、冯仑、史玉柱、张维迎、彭凯平、高晓松、黑石集团创始人兼CEO史蒂夫•施瓦茨曼等。

1、“湖畔二期”58同城姚劲波VS“黄埔一期”冷欣

58同城自05年成立经过十年发展，已成为中国最大的本地生活服务平台，业务覆盖招聘、房产、汽车、金融、二手及生活服务等各个领域。截止目前，58同城在全国范围内共设立27家分公司，并在400个城市建立网络平台。

黄埔军校元老级战将冷欣与58同城CEO姚劲波的经历颇有相似之处。冷欣幼年贫困一路曲折，历经商栈学徒、上海某女校教员、周刊编辑，但也屡有贵人相助：

冷欣的启蒙老师钮克卿、赵北辉对他十分厚爱，常常和他谈话，鼓励他上进，还特请别人为他在上海谋求就业机会，帮助他走向社会。

后来决定投笔从戎，又争取到家乡刘序堂先生给予的经济资助，毅然应招，赶赴千里之外的广州黄埔，应考并被录取，自此步入其一生命运之转折点。

1924年5月5日，举行开学典礼，孙中山总理亲自莅临。下午举行阅兵式，冷欣则是被选出的4名标兵之一，这就给孙留下了深刻印象。经过7个月的学习，于同年11月8日毕业。从此走上了从戎救国的道路。最终成为陆军中将。

而姚劲波也在拿到中国海洋大学计算机应用及化学双学位后享受着如同开了挂的人生，自开始创业屡有“贵人”相助，有资金愿意为他的判断买单。

他们还有一个本质共性，那就是理智果敢，为了理想可以不顾一切。冷欣看清动荡的时局，激发了拯救人民于水火的信念，所以毅然投笔从戎，献身革命；姚劲波意识到单纯做技术与自己的志向不符，于是辞职南下开始创业，即使历来受资本厚爱，一再“允许试错”，依然对资金保持清醒，始终保持初心。

2、“湖畔二期”喜马拉雅FM余建军VS“黄埔一期”徐向前

在国共两军的黄埔学生中，开国十大元帅之一的徐向前是第一个当上方面军军事主官的，也是红军时期方面军指挥员中最年轻的，年仅30岁就成为方面军总指挥。

打个不太恰当的比方，徐向前是“没怎么当过兵的将军”，余建军就是“从来没有打过一天工的CEO”。

余建军是西安交通大学的高材生，学习的是力学专业。２００１年硕士毕业后，和两个朋友一起开了家软件公司叫“杰图软件”，做的是三维全景软件。当时他们的产品能远销海外十几个国家，每年的销售额有几千万元。余建军这时已经算青年奋斗在魔都的榜样了。

但这还不算啥，余建军心中一直有个梦想，就是希望做出一款亿级用户的平台。尽管在找到音频这个方向之前，等待他的还有一连串的挫折。

同样也是连续不断的挫折。西征失败之后，徐向前相继参与指挥长生口战斗、神头岭战斗、响堂铺战斗，在晋东南连续受挫后召开反围攻部署，歼灭日军四千余人，并收复辽县等18座县城，基本控制晋东南地区，最终促成创建晋冀豫抗日根据地。

余建军虽没有如此轰轰烈烈的战役，也始终冲杀在没有硝烟的战场上，一方面，音频作为小众应用，很少人看好，李开复的一篇《语音微博是个伪命题》直接吓走了百分之六十的技术团队。但余建军不服，他把美国所有好的音频 APP 下载下来做微观调研，敏锐的意识到音频在移动互联网时代的巨大价值，让音频逐渐成为了大众应用。

另一方面，多年摸爬滚打的创业经历让余建军时刻保持着危机意识。为了建立更坚固的竞争壁垒，余建军带领团队始终坚持原创，并在版权方面，啃下阅文集团的战略合作、拿下70%有声书版权、独家签下70-80%热门节目、网罗张嘉佳许知远韩寒等大批知名作家，树立起极高的版权壁垒；在下游围绕手机、车载、智能硬件建立全面的内容分发体系，尤其在处于风口的车联网领域，几乎所有主流车厂已全线接入。依照互联网发展“赢家通吃”规律，今年喜马拉雅FM在目前2亿手机用户量的基础上很有可能实现翻番，牢牢占据着移动音频行业龙头的位置。

3、“湖畔二期”河狸家孟醒VS“黄埔一期”蒋先云

河狸家是国内第一家切入美业O2O领域的公司，目前日均订单量是2万单左右，峰值时达到10万单，已进行三轮融资，估值3亿美金。

“黄埔三杰”之首的蒋先云与创始人孟醒同属青年才俊，蒋先云生于普通农民之家，父亲蒋继堃是清末秀才，为人忠厚正直，母亲肖玉秀，人称“大脚婆”，朴实勤劳，他自幼聪明过人，只因家境贫穷，本已入学无望，幸因亲朋戚友给以支持，出钱出米，才得勉强上了村立国民小学读书。

由于读书勤奋，所习各科都取得优异成绩。被老师认为他“秉赋聪颖”而深为器重。于是很快得以跨过高小而被湖南三师破格收为学生而免费入学。

此后蒋先云积极投身学生运动与工人运动，17岁便参加了五四运动，在校期间组织革命团体“心社”，创办了湘南革命组织开端的《嶷麓警钟》月刊，是湘南革命组织之开端，成为湘南学生运动领袖，深得蒋介石、廖仲恺、周恩来的赏识。

如今年过40的孟醒自然不如蒋先云青少年时期就凸显出的优秀，但十多年前就开设纳兰美容馆赚得第一桶金，获得初步财务自由，也算是俊杰。而估值10亿，阿芙精油用了8年，雕爷牛腩用了2年，河狸家仅仅用了半年。如此自负、乖张的孟醒看似毫无逻辑，内在却只有一个原则：“收窄客群，创新价值；颠覆行业，阐述未来”。

4、 “湖畔二期”霍英东集团霍启文VS“黄埔一期”陈赓

霍英东集团由香港知名实业家霍英东组建，目前家族企业主要有：有荣及兴业堂多家公司、澳门旅游娱乐公司、董氏信托、信德船务、东方海外实业、信德集团等80多家公司。

作为香港知名企业家霍英东的孙子，1987年出生的霍启文可谓自带光环，黄埔军校中能与之相当的也有出身将门、祖父为湘军将领的陈赓。

陈赓于1924年入黄埔军校第一期学习。1925年黄埔军校学生东征，陈赓曾救了蒋介石一命。毕业后留校任副队长、连长，历经北伐、南昌起义、长征、抗日战争、解放战争，朝鲜战争，援越抗美战争。

曾有人回忆说，在当时的黄埔岛上，最优秀的学生是蒋先云，最出风头的是李之龙，最有人缘的就是陈赓了。在抗日战争，和内战时期，毛泽东和蒋介石都喜爱的一位中共将领，就是大名鼎鼎的开国大将——陈赓。

而霍启文2009年起出任霍英东集团副总裁，也是四处逢源，两年时间让公司收入翻倍， 15年主导新成立的跨境电商公司，推动大陆、香港及国际消费市场的联动，努力布局新领域，两位均是出身“将门”却不纨绔的杰出代表。

5、 “湖畔二期”唱吧陈华VS“黄埔三期”王耀武

作为中国最大的音乐社交APP，唱吧的注册用户超过3亿，月活用户3000万，甚至在何炅、谢娜、汪涵入资唱吧的同时，唱吧前瞻性地宣布将推出3D直播间，正式进军VR（虚拟现实）领域。

创始人陈华与黄埔三期的高级将领王耀武均为头脑清晰、性格沉稳的务实之人。王耀武还未毕业就参加了第二次东征，两年后参加第二次北伐，他专注于每一场小战役，不放过每一个可能疏忽的细节，在中原大战中屡建战功，随后带领部队在兰封会战、万家岭战役等战役中取得胜利，最厉害的是，从抗战之初到抗战结束，年年对日作战，几乎是无役不予，而且战绩颇佳，被蒋介石称赞“善武用兵”。时人有“宁碰阎王，莫碰老王”之谓。

此外，在国民党军界，王耀武会做生意是出了名的，他早年的店员经历，培养了他敏锐的商人意识。

而陈华在最初不能称之为是好的团队管理者，第一次创业，从酷讯CEO到被董事会架空、从“成为第二个百度”到垂直旅游搜索、从鼎盛时期团队200人到需缩减至70人只有3个月，这是他内心隐忍的痛。

后来，他索性静下心来冷静分析，意识到“好的产品，最重要的是解决用户最在乎的需求”，于是反其道而行之，专注细节，致力于做竞争对手有可能搞死唱吧的东西，让唱吧在人人爱唱、YY、新浪好声音的围攻下稳步发展。

最后，简单做个总结：

当年的黄埔军校，多少将帅东征西讨叱咤风云，风光一时无两。马云虽花名叫风清扬，却不愿像风清扬一样只教令狐冲一人，如今马校长的湖畔大学，看似是个非典型性“商学院”，实际上是想要缔造一座能够覆盖整个中国商界的创业军校。假以时日，湖畔大学走出来的CEO学员们必将遍布各行各业，掌握着各自领域的绝对话语权，推动建立一个全新的商业文明。这不得不让大叔我感慨，马校长的这盘棋下得够大！

建立湖畔大学的精英们都是掌握着巨大社会财富和社会权力资源的中国经济领域的牛人，这些牛人背后更有着复杂的利益权力交织。如果说以前的资本巨头还是以各自利益为战的话，湖畔大学的产生，则标志着一个危险的信号——资本巨头们有着合流的趋势。这是他们对中国正在发生的变局的新应对，也是这些精英前台人物不甘于被操控的命运而要想“独立自主”而建立的新组织。不管这个组织的口号有多诱人，目标有多伟大，但其中的风险已经不言自明。这些社会商界精英的抱团后面有着什么样的演变，已经变得可以预见：商、官合流，形成新的生态，这个新生态系统的后面，必然有着更大利益诉求。湖畔大学最终会形成一个生态，他们在言论上掌握话语权，在ZZ执行层面上有GL系统的支撑，在基层有经济领域商人地主的支持，真正是要人有人、要钱有钱、要言有言而呼风唤雨。

泰山会成立于1993年，创始人是段永基，四通集团的副总裁，专门收资产过亿的企业家，最初意图是开拓民营企业生存环境的平台。

其实说的不好听点就是大企（zi）业（ben）家联盟。

这个泰山会总共就不到20人，名单里面有这些：

四通段永基、万通冯仑、泛海卢志强、复星郭广昌、远大张跃、信远控股林荣强、巨人史玉柱、百度李彦宏、步步高段永平、某滴总裁父亲L、科海陈庆振、科瑞郑跃文、思达汪远思、横店集团徐文荣、和光商务吴力、华谊兄弟王中军。

据统计，这十几位大佬掌控的财富，超过2万亿人民币。

对外，泰山会成员宣称该组织主要以娱乐性为主，会员们有时间就一起"打打高尔夫、喝喝茶、聊聊天。"万通集团冯仑在接受采访时也透露："我们就是一帮老男人，私人组织"。

这个泰山会做了什么？

1995年，看到了住宅商品化的大势所趋后，"泰山会"的几个成员卢志强、段永基几人共同成立了"光彩事业投资治理有限公司"，并在卢志强的坐镇下凭借对南油物业的收购，在日后的几年带领这家企业赚的盆满钵满。

2011年，包括卢志强在内的很多"泰山会"成员一起出资和王健林一起组建了长白山国际旅游度假区开发有限公司。

有了"泰山会"的帮忙，当年王健林也将这个价值仅为2亿的滑雪场项目，经运作后将其价值翻了100倍，成为了巨无霸项目。

也是因此，在后来万达成功在香港上市后，王健林还在致辞中，特意感谢了卢志强。

在2005年时，卢志强因为拿地太多，导致自己消化不良，资金链受到了影响，某人挺身而出帮助卢志强走出了难关。

也是因为此种原因，当2009年股改将某公司变成一家民营企业时，卢志强也义不容辞的站了出来，并马上以27.55亿的价格从国科控股手中买入29%的股份，成为第三大股东，而这也让一位大佬成为了某公司的实控人，注意，这是国资。

泰山会创办初期由会员单位共同出资25万元，作为办公经费；此外，各会员单位还需每年上交3万会员费，并轮流坐庄承担每年泰山会年会所有费用。

据悉，新成员加入需要有两名泰山会成员介绍，全体成员一致投票通过才能成为泰山会预备成员，1年后转为正式会员。

怎么样？有湖畔大学那味了没？

如果我说湖畔大学脱胎自泰山会大伙又会作何感想？

湖畔大学就是衰落后的泰山会的“传承”。

在错失了互联网几大风口后，2017年，段永基退出泰山会，四通集团现在已经基本没人知道了。

泰山会解散前，某公司已经被菊厂远甩了一百条街，负面标签一大堆，毕竟“国际公司”。

史玉柱、卢志强、王健林、王中军这帮大佬们也一个个走了下坡路。

当然，最出圈的还是贾跃亭，除了当年融资差点坑死民生银行以外，现在“下周回国”也成梗了，造智能汽车也停留在ppt上，跳票跳了不知道多少回，再跳一跳汽车配置都算不上高端车了，更别提卖了。

而同期，以马云（泰山会短暂的成员）、马化腾、黄峥、王兴等为主的互联网新贵们，已经事实上夺取了泰山会的话语权，影响力更是远超彼时的泰山会。

旧的不去，新的不来，马云的湖畔大学，也就顺势接棒泰山会成为当下最顶级的企（zi）业（ben）家联（du）盟（liu）了，马云一声高呼，原泰山会成员悉数加入，其实已经从标志着泰山会的名存实亡。

这群人做了什么，我想不需要我多说，贡献有，但是长期危害也大。

别的不说，总之，绝对的自由市场是没有任何好处的。

比如，阿连德牺牲后的智利就是前车之鉴，相关文章分析已经很多，这里不再赘述。

因此，我们不能高估人性，资本家们可以为了一点眼前利益出卖整个国家和民族，其短视性在“滴滴下架”这一件事上暴露无遗。

教员曾经说过：

地主阶级和买办阶级完全是国际资产阶级的附庸，其生存和发展是附属于帝国主义的。这些阶级代表中国最落后和最反动的生产关系，阻碍中国的生产力的发展。他们和中国革命的目的完全不相容。特别是大地主阶级和大买办阶级，他们始终站在帝国主义一边，是极端的反革命派。

一切勾结帝国主义的军阀、官僚、买办阶级、大地主阶级以及附属于他们的一部分反动知识界，是我们敌人。

同志们！要分清敌我！时刻准备斗争！

这张图或许也能载入阿里的史册。

就在天，湖畔大学“除名”，在气焊中消失了。

这把焊枪可真厉害，不但能把金字喷掉，而且还能把石刻的凹槽也给烧得平平整整的。

湖畔大学也紧急回应了，说这是为了避免误会，新改的名字为湖畔创研中心。

这名字低调了许多，创研、创研，是不是真是创研不清楚，但符合了当今时代的需要。

湖畔大学，号称由马云、柳传志、冯仑、郭广昌、史玉柱、沈国军、钱颖一、蔡洪滨、邵晓锋等九名企业家和著名学者等共同发起创办。

这九个人，各领风骚一个时代，甚至可以说贯穿中国改革开放10周年、20周年、30周年、40周年的企业家。

马云校长曾豪言壮语：“我们湖畔大学要办300年”。他们搞这么个大学，300年，这等小心思，可谓耐人寻味。

犹记得，一次湖畔大学开学的时候，那时的马云，化身校长，神采飞扬现场布置作业。

他说湖畔的回家作业也是要交的。有人提出异议，校长，作业你从来不看，马云说，不看是我的权利，写不写是你的责任。

短短3年后，湖畔大学突然停止招生，这次招牌都改了。

网友调侃，三百年的基业，硬生生做成了三年。

不可否认，马云在改革开放的四十年里，为社会创造非常大的价值。

曾几何时，他搞电商，革了大商场的命，帮助无数淘宝店主找到钱，也帮无数年轻人省了钱。

曾几何时，他搞支付宝，喊着银行不改变我们就改变银行口号，推动着中国进入无现金社会。曾几何时，他化身中国青年的创业导师，大家一口一口喊着马爸爸，既亲切又温馨。是的，短短几年时间，沧海桑田，就像换了一个人间。马云最新一次露面是5月10日，也是第17个“阿里日”。

当天的马云，两鬓斑白，神情憔悴，心思重重，昔日的神采飞扬再也见不到了。

他手上紧紧拿着《老年人数字生活手册》，一夜之间，“马爸爸”成了“马爷爷”。

是的，马云变了。

说好的青年导师，却鼓励青年996。

淘宝店主越来越难赚到钱，怨言越来越多。尤其直通车，越来越贵，很多企业每年赚的钱，基本都交了直通车。

搞了个蚂蚁金服，借呗花呗两大神器，掀起整个金融市场滔天巨浪。

马云消灭商场，他自己倒做上线上商场收租；声称要颠覆银行，结果自己也成为了银行。

从马云宣布996那天，年轻人对资本家的仇恨的火种，开始埋下了。

B站的用户，读毛选，把“吸血鬼”、“骗子”、“万恶的资本家”、“财阀”全扣在马云头上。

最近张国立、郑爽、腾讯高管、美团等事件更是给彻底点燃了对资本家的怒火。

有人问，有没有最简单的办法，却又能最深刻看到中国社会的变迁。

看首富排行榜就知道了。

5月4日，曾毓群登上香港首富宝座。曾毓群，宁德时代创始人，身价高达345亿美元，来自福建，也被称为“电池大王。

在大家固有的印象里，香港首富只有一个，那就是房地产大王李嘉诚。万万没想到，做电池的曾毓群改变了历史。

王兴曾说出这样一个故事：

一个有幸早年投资了宁德时代的朋友说他当年第一次走进创始人曾毓群那狭小的办公室就被震了一下，只见墙上五个大字「赌性更坚强」。

他说当时他心想这果然是福建人，调侃说「你为什么不挂爱拼才会赢呢」。

曾正色道：光拼是不够的，那是体力活；赌才是脑力活。

局长认为，这个赌不是治安条例上的赌，而是赌上这个大时代的走向。

曾毓群从国企跳到外企，再创业，然后杀入新能源汽车电池领域，每一步都跟上时代都发展趋势。

创业过程中，从战略到执行，外部资源和内部能力，每个环节几乎都做到了优秀，再呼应国家的号召，终于在电池领域摘下皇冠。

李嘉诚赶上了房地产时代马云赶上了互联网时代曾毓群赶上了新能源科技时代短短四十年，中国社会就经历三个阶段变迁。

对中国来说，首富一点不重要，人民企业家才是最重要。

玻璃大王曹德旺，真正能称得上人民企业家。

一百年，陈嘉庚捐款400万银元创办厦门大学，这是中国最早一批的顶级大学。

一百年后，曹德旺捐款100亿在福州创办科技大学，取名福耀科技大学，建成后交给国家。

100亿是什么概念？相当于福州去年全年一般公共预算收入的6分之1。

曹德旺一生捐了很多钱，自1983年第一次捐款，直到2021年，曹德旺累计个人捐款达220亿元，全国第一。

有人办学校，或许只为培养壮大自己的利益集团。

曹德旺办学校，真的毫无私利为国家培养人才。学校目标就是培养国内新兴产业急缺的研究型、复合型、实用型人才。

大家都知道，中美贸易战，芯片行业中国被卡成死。高科技制造业人才，关乎我国实体经济的发展，甚至可以说关乎国家安全的命脉。

正因为如此，他是唯一在平台受到无数称赞的的企业家。

局长对曹德旺评价李嘉诚一段话记忆深刻：

李嘉诚对于中国没有足够的政治自信，盲目的卖掉中国企业，导致损失超大。当企业家一定要与国家保持一致，对自己的国家有自信。

中国商人层出不穷，总有些人骨子里流淌着民族的血性。
