1985年"XX"电脑公司,这是美国唯一一家全华人自主知识产权的硬件 体系电脑公司。美国政府为了技术封堵,迫使其XX公司与美国IBM合作。XX公司不得已,向中国求援。而此时,中国采取的一切对外软化外交,为了"睦邻友 好",断然拒绝XX公司回国,日本此时则果断接受。并提出邀请。但是,XX公司坚决拒绝与日本合作,于1986年宣布破产。自此INTEL从此打掉唯一个 华人竞争对手,与APPLE一起完胜美国计算机个人系统霸主。
自动放弃工业自动化项目
1985年日本在"睦邻友好合作"大旗指引下,参观了沈阳某工业自动化研 究所。中国科学家再一次在日本"进口"同行面前显示出自己卓越的"自卑",把几乎整个自动化项目都拿出来叫日本人进行所谓"审定",但是作为日本此时完整 工业自动化还只是一个"雏形",而中国是已经成形的科技项目。只是尚未大规模推广 而已。1986年。日本对外宣布首次制造研发成功整体化工业自动项目。而此时中国才意识到自己的无知。
自动放弃数字焊接系统
1988年就是美国和平典范计划刚刚结束。中国国内所谓"美国民主,西化 中国"思潮不断上升。那个时代,一切国产科技技术都是垃圾的理论到处都是。上海X 船舶制造与日本进行"睦邻友好",把经过自己多年心血研制的"XXX型集约化数字焊接系统"无偿的又一次卖给日本。这套系统,是60年代初中国科学家在秘 密条件下利用早期俄国电子机床,自己设计的。可以说80年代亚洲当时最先进的设备。但是,在日本"高度审视下"。被勒令下马。1989年中日签署进口日本 大型焊接系统。大约是3亿左右美金。但是由于89事件被停止。1992年通过与法国 XX公司交流合作,中国人才如梦方醒。引进的法国12亿美元电子数控设备。其中80%是中国在80年代中期被日本"友好的专家给审视掉了"。
这些都是高科技。至于类似诸如用雅马哈摩托车技术换取中国宇航精确导航技术之类的愚蠢的所谓合作,当时的中国时何止这些。要说日本为何至今民用技术,依旧强大于中国,其结果80%的贡献是来自日本的"友好邻邦"中国。
神6起飞看到了咱们中国人可以搞出与美国同等水平的“外层空间2次变轨技 术”。但同时看到许多的人又在挖苦这个技术。美国太空科技拥有中国不可比拟的雄厚资金。美国国家宇航可以把每一次技术区分试验,那怕每次仅仅试验一个项 目。对他们来说也是没什么问题。但是,目前还在中国高准军事化高科技研发的人自己清楚。一次投入资金多少。怎么可能与美国进行太空分项技术验证来比拼。
期望看到新时期中国领导人设想的"泛中国化圈"的实现。但是也诚恳忠告那 些依旧在盲目崇拜日本科技的人们,日本在进入空间化时代的道路上,还只能算是幼儿,充其量刚刚学步。而中国已经是目前能够实际进行太空作业的少数科技强国 了。不要再拿自己的成果,去给你盲目崇拜的"睦邻友好"日本去鉴定了。亏吃不少 了,该是醒醒的时候了。
毛泽东逝世已三十多年了,毛泽东为中国的国防建设做出了最伟大的贡献,毛 主席逝世后,邓执政,他执政后从反对两个“凡是”开始,进而确立了两个新的“凡是”,哪就是凡是毛泽东坚持的支持的都是错误的,凡是邓说的都是正确的。不 以国家民族利益为重,强行使许多重大尖端军工项目被迫下马,所有这些下马项目都是在“和平与发展”的主旋律下,借口其为文革产物,对包括众所周知的运十项 目在内,以这些项目过时落后、没有西方先进以及全盘否定文革等作为借口,把这些文革产物都强行砍掉,此后,中国军力萎缩停滞,我国的国防工业被拖延了将近 二十年,自98年开始国家才逐渐对刀枪入库,马放南山的错误政策进行反思,急起直追,以挽回耽搁的时间。
有人一直奉行“造不如买,买不如租的洋奴哲学”,现在我们国家 富裕了有上 万亿美元的外汇储备,然而即使在商品社会里,有些东西是花钱买不来的。真正的国防现代化还是要靠毛主席的“自力更生”的办法,再多的外汇也买不来核心技 术。“造不如买,买不如租”理论的风行,彻底葬送了中国自主创新能力,到如今,几乎各个行业,都没有核心技术,不得不承受西方技术垄断的恶果。这些年来总 设计师把中国的工业体系,国防体系都快设计没了,让人痛心疾首啊!
为什么当时那么热衷于停掉中国自己的研制项目,崇洋迷外 购买外国产品,一是出于对毛时期全面否定的需要.二是假公济私,让自己的子女移居国外,沈图当民航局长时就是近水楼台先得月,利用购买外国飞机的权利,将 自己的女儿送往国外定居,美国人恰好钻了这个空子,趁机搞垮了中国具有战略意义的运十项目。
假如这些项目按毛主席时代正常进行,今天中国的国防将完全是另一番强盛的情景。
