装机不成便甩锅,印度方面表示:盾构机零件材质的问题,不然怎么会拼装不成功!但是别忘了,你之前可是有找过英国专家帮你把关的,而且中国又不单单只出口印度一个国家。2016年,新加坡从购买了10台盾构机用于地铁建设;2017年,俄罗斯购买中国5台盾构机;2019年,中国出口非洲首台盾构机;2019年,土耳其伊斯米尔市修建地铁,采用的也是中国盾构机。为什么他们都没说质量有问题,反倒印度却挑起了刺,其实还是“面子”在作怪。最后,
