Body parts found on river beach

At around 7 a.m. on November 7, 2004, villagers Zhang Kaiyong, Ren Dengping, and Zhang Zhengwen of Wanghe Village, Gouyuan Township, Xunyang County, Shaanxi Province were fishing and collecting nets in the Hanjiang River at the mouth of Lantangou, Xunyang County, when they suddenly found two people on the bank. A black plastic bag with chunks of meat floating beside it. The villagers opened it and saw that there were towels and bras in the bag. After confirming that the floating pieces of meat were human flesh, the villagers hurriedly reported the case to the local public security organ.

On November 8, a human leg bone was found on the south bank of the Han River in Changsha Village, Zongxi Town, Xunyang County; on November 9, villagers found a human torso and arms at the ferry of Wenya Village; A human shoulder blade corpse was found by the Han River in the village; the technical analysis of the corpse by the police confirmed that it was a different part of the same female corpse.

The discovery of mutilated human limbs in the territory aroused great concern from the Xunyang and Hanbin police and quickly reported it to the Ankang Public Security Bureau. Under the unified coordination and command of the Criminal Police Detachment of the City Bureau, the "11.7" homicide and mutilation task force was established, with the Criminal Police Brigade of the Hanbin Public Security Bureau as the main body. Based on the age and characteristics of his younger sister provided by Li Xue, the task force also conducted a DNA test on the blood type of Zhang Xiaowen (pseudonym), the son of Li Li. The analysis results of 14 genes in the blood sample of the unknown corpse and the typing results of Zhang Xiaowen's blood sample were all in line with the parent-child relationship, confirming that the deceased was Li Li. So who is calling Li Li? Criminal investigators launched an in-depth investigation around the deceased's mobile phone number 13xxxxx9947.

The criminal investigators retrieved Li Li's original phone list from Ankang Mobile Company. According to the last few calls between the calling party and Li Li, it was found that the IC phone card with the card serial number SNO3261485 was used at 19:28 on November 1. At the gate of Jiangbei Agricultural Bank's family courtyard and at the intersection of Yantai Market, they used their IC cards to call Li Li's mobile phone. On November 7 and 8, another person used the IC phone card with the serial number to dial the mobile phone number 13571458953, and the caller of the mobile phone was Yuan Hemiao.

The police pinned the suspect on Yuan Hemiao. According to the address on the ID card left by the mobile company, investigators came to Yuan Hemiao’s home in a village in He Township, Hanbin District, Ankang City, and learned that Yuan Hemiao was not at home. She had a younger brother named Yuan So, now working in a certain hotel in Ankang. Investigators then found Yuan Moumou.

Yuan confirmed that at around 2:00 pm on November 3, his sister Yuan Hemiao called him and asked him to come to the mobile company, and gave him an IC card with the serial number SNO3261485 that she used, telling him He said that she beat someone in Ankang, and now she is going to stay in other places for a while. On the same day, Yuan Hemiao gave him his mobile phone, and applied for a new mobile phone card for himself, with the card number 13571458953. On November 7th and 8th, I used the IC card given by my sister to call my sister's mobile phone several times, but the IC card was lost. In addition, he also provided to the police that his sister used to have a woman named Wang Juan. The boyfriend my sister talks about is a foreigner with squinting eyes.

The news from Yuan Moumou made the police feel happy and excited. After the incident, Yuan Hemiao and her boyfriend left suddenly, and the replacement of the card, especially the IC phone card for the deceased, was made by Yuan Hemiao, which strengthened the police force. Confidence that Yuan Hemiao and her boyfriend are suspected of major crimes.

Thousands of Miles

According to the important information provided by Yuan Moumou, the Hanbin police came to Yuan Hemiao's rented place in Yantai Village, Jiangbei to conduct on-site inspections and conduct investigations on the periphery. Yuan Hemiao lived on the third floor, and the room was very messy. The trace technicians suddenly found a dark red spot on the floor during careful inspection. The owner of the house, Li Moumou, confirmed that: On November 28, 2002, a girl who claimed to be Wang Juan asked to rent his house, and he arranged for her to live on the third floor. Witnesses Huang XX, Chen XX, and Li XX confirmed to the police that one day in early November, a Henan native who lived in Yantai Village with some eye problems bought a machete and a single-edged knife in his blacksmith shop. Witness Li XX also told the story that a man from Henan surnamed Wang came to his home and asked for two snakeskin bags.

Based on the evidence available, the task force confirmed that the rental house was the first scene where Yuan Hemiao and the Henan people murdered and mutilated their bodies.

The task force set up nets for "fishing"

Based on the mobile phone number of the criminal suspect, the task force requested the assistance of the mobile company, and used the number on the original IC card to call Yuan Hemiao's mobile phone through technical means, and determined the area where the base station was located when the signal returned according to the GPS positioning system. , the results showed that the suspect appeared in Zhabei District, Shanghai.

Without further ado, the task force immediately dispatched staff to Shanghai. With the active cooperation of the Shanghai Criminal Police Corps and the police station, the suspects Wang Zhengjiang and Yuan Hemiao were arrested and brought to justice on November 24.

Tell the Truth: Money Drives Me Crazy

Wang Zhenjiang, born on October 30, 1964, lives in the second group of Wangtun Village, Fengli Town, Yiyang County, Henan Province, with a wife and children. In May 2001, he came to Ankang from his hometown to sell roof waterproofing materials. The sales went well and he made some money. Alone, lonely and unbearable, I often go to hair salons to find girls and gamble to pass the day. When I often went to eat at a restaurant in Jingning, I met Yuan Hemiao, who was only 17 years old and worked there. Wang Zhenjiang, who has a good impression of Yuan Hemiao, often chooses Yuan Hemiao as his stage. Soon, the two lived together illegally.

After living together, Wang Zhenjiang didn't do business well, and went to whoring and gambling when he had a little money. He squandered some of the money he had earned; the business couldn't continue, and the lives of the two were affected. For this reason, the two often quarreled. When Yuan Hemiao proposed to break up, Wang Zhenjiang beat Yuan Da and forced him to "make a stand" to make a living, and hand over all the money he earned to him. If he refused, he threatened to kill his whole family. After Wang got the money from Yuan, he went to play with other "ladies". At this time, he met Li Li, a Hanyin who had a good relationship with Yuan Hemiao and used to work in hair salons in Jiuhua, Jingning and other hotels. In February 2004, the Jiangbei Police Station found Yuan Hemiao and Wang Zhenjiang living together illegally in a rented house during a routine inspection, and fined them 2,000 yuan. The End of the "Wild Mandarin Duck"

Wang Zhenjiang told Yuan Hemiao of his plan, and repeatedly asked her to lure Li Li to force her to hand over the money. This idea was initially rejected by Yuan, but under Wang Zhenjiang's repeated intimidation, on the evening of November 1, 2004, Yuan Hemiao invited Li Li to the rented place, and Wang Zhenjiang strangled her alive with the rope he had prepared. die. Early in the morning of the third day, he took a bus to the Second Han River Bridge to dispose of the bags. Throwing into the river, the two bought train tickets to Shanghai and fled Ankang.

河滩惊现人体尸块

2004年11月7日凌晨7时许，陕西省旬阳县构元乡王和村村民张开勇、任登平、张正稳在旬阳县烂滩沟口汉江河打鱼收网时，突然在岸边发现两个黑色塑料袋，旁边漂浮着肉块。村民们打开一看，见袋内有毛巾被和胸罩，在确定漂浮的肉块为人肉后，村民们连忙地向当地公安机关报案。

11月8日在旬阳县棕溪镇长沙村一组汉江南岸发现一块人腿骨；11月9日村民又在文雅村渡口发现人体躯干及臂膀；10日在汉滨区石梯乡青套村汉江河边发现一人体肩胛尸块；经警方对尸块进行技术分析确认为同一个女性尸体的不同部位。

境内发现人体残缺不全的肢体，引起了旬阳和汉滨警方高度关注并迅速上报安康市公安局。在市局刑警支队的统一协调指挥下，成立了以汉滨公安分局刑警大队为主的“11·7”杀人碎尸大案专案组，专案组根据尸块发现的地点，确认安康汉滨为案件发生地和抛尸第一和第二现场；并首先将重点放在确认死者身份上来。

根据初步判断出的年龄、身体特征和死亡时间，警方发布了认尸公告。公告发出后，先后接到了5、6起失踪人的认尸报告，但均被警方排查否定。

11月11日，警方接到一条有价值的线索，安康市某局职工李雪（化名）向警方报案称其妹李丽(化名)在11月1日晚7时左右在自己家里吃饭时接了一个电话后离家，现至今下落不明，手机打通后无人接听……专案组根据李雪提供地妹妹的年龄及特征，又对李丽所生之子张小文（化名）的血型进行DNA鉴定，无名尸的血样的14个基因坐上分析结果与张小文的血样分型结果均符合亲子关系，确认死者为李丽。那么又是谁给李丽打的电话呢？刑侦人员围绕死者的手机号码13xxxxx9947展开了深入调查。

嫌疑人浮出水面

刑侦人员从安康移动公司调取了李丽的原始电话清单，根据主叫方与李丽的最后几次通话时间，发现使用卡序号为SNO3261485的IC电话卡分别于11月1日19时28分在江北农行家属院门口，及宴台市场路口用IC卡拨打李丽的手机。11月7日、11月8日又有人使用该序号的IC电话卡拨打号码为13571458953的手机，手机机主叫袁和妙。

警方将犯罪嫌疑索定在袁和妙身上。根据其在移动公司留下的身份证上的地址，侦查人员来到了位于安康市汉滨区县河乡某村的袁和妙家，得知袁和妙不在家里,她有一个弟弟叫袁某某，现在安康某宾馆打工。侦查人员随后找到了袁某某。

袁证实，11月3日下午2点多的时候，姐姐袁和妙给他打了一个电话，让他到移动公司来，将她使用的一张卡序号为SNO3261485的IC卡给了他，告诉他说，她在安康把人打了，现在要去外地呆一段时间。当天袁和妙还将自己的手机给了他，又重新为自己办了一个手机卡，卡号为13571458953。自己在11月7号、8号，用姐姐给的IC卡给姐姐打过几次手机，后IC卡丢失。另外，他还向警方提供，姐姐有一个曾用名叫王娟。姐姐谈的男朋友是个外地人，是一个斜眼。

从袁某某口中打听到的消息让警方感到欣喜和振奋，事发后袁和妙和男友的突然出走，换卡、尤其是打给死者的IC电话卡出自袁和妙之手，更加增强了警方确信袁和妙及男友有重大犯罪嫌疑的信心。

千里辑凶

根据袁某某提供地重要情况，汉滨警方来到了袁和妙位于江北宴台村的租住地进行现场勘验并在外围进行走访调查。袁和妙住在三楼，室内很零乱，痕迹技术人员，在细致检查中突然发现在地板上有一带暗红色斑迹的痕迹，经提取后进行DNA技术分析，确认为人血且与李丽的DNA一致。

房主李某某证实：2002年11月28日，一个自称叫王娟的女孩要求租住他的房子，他安排其住在三楼，一个多月后来了一个30多岁的河南人，自称姓王，搬来和王娟住在一起，2004年11月初的一天，这个河南人在自己家的后院磨一把六、七寸长、一寸多宽的刀子，晚上这两人还把东西往四楼上搬，后来突然提出退房后就走了……

证人黄某某、陈某某、李某向警方证实，11月初的一天，住在宴台村的一个眼睛有点问题的河南人在他的铁匠铺子买了一把砍刀和一把单刃刀。证人李某某还告诉了姓王的河南人到他家要了两个蛇皮袋子的情节。

专案组根据掌握的证据，确认出租屋为袁和妙和河南人杀人碎尸的第一现场。

专案组张网 “捕鱼”

专案组根据掌握的犯罪嫌疑人手机号码，请求移动公司予以协助，通过技术手段用原IC卡上的号码给袁和妙的手机打电话，根据GPS定位系统，确定信号返回时显示的基站所在区域，结果表明犯罪嫌疑人现身在上海闸北区一带。

事不宜迟,专案组立即派员赶赴上海。在上海刑警总队和派出所的积极配合下，于11月24日将犯罪嫌疑人王正江、袁和妙抓捕归案。

袒露真言：为钱使我疯狂

王振江，1964年10月30日出生，家住河南省宜阳县丰李镇王屯村二组，家有老婆和孩子。2001年5月，他由家乡来到安康推销屋顶防水材料，开始销售情况还好，也挣了一些钱。一个人在外，寂寞和孤独难捱，常常到发廊找小姐和赌博渡日。在常去市内静宁一家饭馆吃饭时，认识了在那打工的只有17岁的袁和妙。后来，袁和妙嫌打工累挣钱又少的索性辞工不干，做起了“小姐”。对袁和妙很有好感的王振江常常点袁和妙做自己的台。不久，两人便非法同居在一起。

同居以后，王振江不好好作生意，有一点钱便去嫖去赌，原本挣的一些钱被他挥霍一空；生意做不下去了，两人的生活受到了影响，为此，两人经常吵闹，袁和妙提出分手，王振江便对袁大打出手，并逼迫其“做台”维持生计，挣的钱要如数上缴自己，如有不从，便以杀其全家相威胁。王拿到袁缴给的钱后，便去玩别的“小姐”，这时他认识了与袁和妙关系较好曾在九华、静宁等酒店发廊做台的汉阴人李丽，两人遂多次在包厢和野外发生性关系。

2004年2月，江北派出所在例行检查中，发现了在出租屋里非法同居的袁和妙和王振江，对其做了罚款2千元的处罚。无钱交罚款的王振江找到了在安康做电器生意的河南老乡程某某借钱交了罚款。后来王振江又向其借款2600元，从别的老乡手上借了8000多元，接了一个别人转让的小发廊，由于条件差、经营不善很快倒闭了。经济陷入了困境，债主不停的逼债、生活的无着，让王振江烦恼……这时一个大胆和凶残的计划在王振江脑海中产生：李丽做台多年，人又长的漂亮，手上起码有几十万元钱，将她弄到手还愁搞不到钱。

“野鸳鸯”的末路

王振江把自己的计划告诉了袁和妙，多次提出让她将李丽引来，逼她交出钱来。这一想法开始遭到了袁的拒绝，但在王振江的多次威逼下，2004年11月1日晚，袁和妙将李丽约到租住地，由王振江用早已准备好的绳子将其活活勒死。事后王振江在李丽的包中只翻到50元现金和一个手机。第二天中午，王振江到地摊上买了砍刀和单刃刀以及塑料袋，趁白天楼房无人之机，将尸体肢解装入蛇皮袋子里，第三天一早，搭车到汉江二桥将袋子抛入江中，然后两人购买了去上海的火车票逃离了安康。

然而，法网恢恢，疏而不漏。这对“野鸳鸯”在犯案逃离之后的第19天被汉滨警方抓获归案。
