Dismember China

  From an abridged text

Evelyn Rawski, a professor at the University of Pittsburgh in the United States, "Revisiting the Qing Dynasty-On the Significance of the Qing Dynasty in Chinese History" (referred to as "Revisiting the Qing Dynasty") is regarded as the flagship work of "New Qing History". Published in 1996, this article systematically expressed the representative views of "New Qing History". Two years later, Chinese scholar He Bingdi responded fiercely with his article "Defending Sinicization-Refuting Luo Youzhi's "Revisiting the Qing Dynasty". Since then, "New Qing History" has become a hot topic in Chinese historiography at home and abroad, and it has not stopped until now. In view of this, when the author participated in the editing of "National Identity of the Qing Dynasty——"New Qing History" Research and Controversy", the Chinese translation of this article was included as the first article. But for various reasons, section 4 "Qing History and Chinese Nationalism" (Qing History and Chinese Nationalism) was deleted at that time.

In the following 10 years, some scholars continued to raise objections to this method of deleting the original text. They believed that deleting the fourth section of the article would not only fail to fully reflect Luo Youzhi’s academic views, but also prevent the majority of domestic readers from understanding Luo Youzhi’s academic achievements. Extra care.

Section 4 of Luo Youzhi's "Revisiting the Qing Dynasty" is entitled "Qing History and Chinese Nationalism". The policy pressure of sinicization and elimination of non-Han ethnic characteristics has led to the rise of nationalism and the development of political centrifugal tendencies in Mongolia, Tibet, and Xinjiang since the Republic of China. The "independence" of Mongolia and Tibet is in line with legal principles. These fallacies underscore the author's political purpose beyond academic research.

Ignorant of historical facts or ulterior motives?

Luo Youzhi ignores the continuity of the unified multi-ethnic state from the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China to the People's Republic of China.

"The Qing Dynasty is not equal to China" is an important point of view of "New Qing History", and "Revisiting the Qing Dynasty" played a key role in condensing this point of view. Luo Youzhi’s interpretation of the historical transition from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China adhered to a wrong cognition from the beginning: China refers to the area of Han people’s activities—the inland, and the border areas do not belong to the Han people, so they do not belong to China. Therefore, she pointed out, “From the beginning of its establishment, the Republic of China has faced the fundamental contradiction of insisting on Han nationalism and eager to retain the entire territory of the Qing Dynasty in a nation-state.” The reason for this contradiction is that "the Revolution of 1911 liberated the Manchus, Mongols, Uyghurs and Tibetans from the shackles of the Qing Empire and gave them the possibility to establish their own nation-state. Loyalty to the Qing Empire is not Equivalent to loyalty to the newly formed Republic of China".

The core question involved in the above discussion is whether there is historical continuity from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, and whether sovereignty remains unified?

The outbreak of the Revolution of 1911 did trigger people in various inland provinces, Mongolia, Tibet, Xinjiang and other places to think about China's future direction, and "getting rid of Qing independence" once became a political trend. However, this kind of "independence" is not independence in the sense of national sovereignty, but "independence" relative to the rule of the Qing court, and with the establishment of the Republic of China, the political order that recognized the Republic of China was quickly restored.

At the end of 1911, when Outer Mongolia announced its "independence", it said, "The current situation is the great chaos in the south, the independence of the provinces, the power of the Qing emperor, and the change of the national system. It is caused by immorality." It can be seen from this that, like the southern provinces, Outer Mongolia opposed the "immoral" rule of the Qing government and hoped for "changes in the state system" rather than a unified multi-ethnic country from outside. Therefore, shortly after the founding of the Republic of China, Outer Mongolia publicly declared that it was still part of Chinese territory.

In addition, in the face of the so-called "independence" of the Mongolian and Tibetan areas after the Revolution of 1911, the government of the early Republic of China made a lot of political adjustments to ensure the unity of the country. For example, the "Regulations on Treatment of Mongolian and Tibetans" when the Qing emperor abdicated was recognized, and the interests of upper-class people in Mongolia, Tibet, and Xinjiang were protected by means of persuasion, canonization, and generous benefits; the main content of the "Regulations on Treatment of Mongolian and Tibetans" Listed as Articles 64 and 65 of the "Convention Law of the Republic of China", guaranteeing that "the conditions announced on February 12, the first year of the Republic of China... the conditions for the treatment of the Manchu, Mongolian, Hui, and Tibetan ethnic groups will never change its effectiveness ". At the same time, ensure that Mongolia, Tibet, Xinjiang and other places have their own seats in the Congress. Therefore, although the regime changed and the “state system changed” in the early days of the Republic of China, the institutional framework of a unified multi-ethnic country did not change, nor did the unified sovereign state. Political space and status.

Fundamentally speaking, the regime change in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China was an internal affair of a country, and it did not affect the centripetal force of the people in the frontier towards the new regime, nor did it weaken the effective jurisdiction of the Republic of China government over the border areas. The legitimacy of the rule of border areas.

Any qualified historian should maintain a basic understanding of historical continuity when making judgments on such important historical issues. Luo Youzhi deliberately severed the internal connection from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, and ignored the positive measures taken by the early Republic of China government to maintain a unified multi-ethnic country. This approach is either ignorant of historical facts or has ulterior motives.

Who is tearing apart China's borders?

Luo Youzhi arbitrarily judged: In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, Han merchants entered Mongolia, Tibet and other border areas, which aroused strong opposition from the local people. It was the "aggressiveness" of the Han people that led to China's crisis of division. But she did not mention anything about the wanton interference of Western countries such as Britain and Russia in Mongolia, Tibet and other places.

Existing studies have shown that it was Britain and Russia that tried to split China's border areas by taking advantage of the tendency of Mongolia and Tibet in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China to "break away from the Qing Dynasty and become independent". For example, in 1912, the troops from Sichuan and Yunnan provinces of the Republic of China government entered Tibet, recovered the Xikang area, and planned to march into Lhasa, but they stopped due to British pressure. The later Simla Conference also formed a so-called "agreement" that interfered with China's exercise of sovereignty over Tibet for a long time. Therefore, it can be seen that the biggest obstacle to maintaining the unity of the multi-ethnic country in modern China was neither the contradiction between Han people and non-Han people, nor the issue of ethnic identity or nationalism, but the intervention of British, Russian and other big powers.

Luo Youzhi turned a blind eye to this, and even beautified the British, Russian and other powers who encouraged "Mongol and Tibetan independence" as "saviors." In order to make his own narrative seem relatively credible, Luo Youzhi made some intentional mistakes in the selection of historical facts. As she believes, “In Tibet, the demise of the Qing Dynasty brought the head of the Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism in exile in India and the nominal leader of Tibet, the Dalai Lama, back to Tibet. Tibetans expelled Han officials and troops and declared independence. Until 1950, Tibet enjoys an independent status in terms of de jure. Khalkha Mongolia declared independence in 1912, calling Jebtsundamba Hutuktu, the supreme leader of Tibetan Buddhism here, the leader of the new country, and using Bokdo Gegen ( Holy Emperor). This became the forerunner of the Mongolian state". And "Xinjiang has in fact been separated from China's control since 1922 and entered the sphere of influence of the Soviet Union."

The government of the Republic of China followed the example of the Qing agency and established the Mongolian-Tibetan Committee in 1912, which was responsible for dealing with ethnic minorities in Mongolia, Tibet and other places. The picture shows the seal of the Mongolian and Tibetan Committee Russia National Day / Photo courtesy

After a little verification of the above remarks, it will be found that Luo Youzhi has repeatedly made fallacies in disregard of historical facts. In fact, from 1912 to 1913, it was the army sent by Zhao Erxun, governor of Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty, who were expelled from Tibet. The army leader Zhong Ying and the minister in Tibet, Lianyu, were both Manchus. In October 1912, the government of the Republic of China granted the Dalai Lama's request to restore his title, which was removed by the Qing government in 1910. In the 1930s, the selection and canonization of the reincarnated soul boy of the 14th Dalai Lama was also supervised by representatives sent by the central government of the Republic of China and completed in accordance with the procedures of the Qing Dynasty. Luo Youzhi's so-called "de jure" independent status of Tibet before 1950 is based on the "Simla Conference Agreement" concocted by British representative McMahon, which is an illegal document that has never been approved by the Chinese government.

Luo Youzhi's so-called "Khalka Mongols declared independence in 1912" is a typical sophistry taken out of context. Outer Mongolia did declare "independence" for a time, but by 1915, Outer Mongolia publicly declared that it "recognizes the suzerainty of China... as a part of China's territory" and that "Bok Doje Butsundamba Hutuktu Khan The name is conferred by the President of the Republic of China, and the official documents of Outer Mongolia use the calendar of the Republic of China."

After the fall of the Qing Dynasty, Yang Zengxin and Jin Shuren, who were successively in charge of the military and political power in Xinjiang, were all loyal to the Republic of China and fully accepted the government orders of the Republic of China. In 1922, the year the Soviet Union was founded, Xinjiang was still firmly in the hands of the Chinese government. Therefore, Luo Youzhi's so-called "Xinjiang has in fact been separated from China's control and entered the sphere of influence of the Soviet Union since 1922" is pure nonsense.

As a senior scholar who served as the former chairman of the American Association for Asian Studies, it is impossible for Luo Youzhi not to understand the above-mentioned concise historical facts. People despise.

Who is "constructing history" for the "terrorist" forces?

Luo Youzhi also pointed out that politicians such as Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek, Mao Zedong, and scholars represented by Liang Qichao all strongly advocated Sinicization and the elimination of other national characteristics, which promoted the emergence of a strong Han national consciousness. Therefore, "Although the Constitution has always defined China as a multi-ethnic country, from Sun Yat-sen to Mao Zedong, Chinese leaders have always insisted that China should be dominated by the Han nationality", and its essence is still "adhere to nationalism."

This statement shows Rawski's ignorance of the relevant history. First of all, in the 1920s and 1930s, the government of the Republic of China clearly interpreted the "Chinese nation" as the concept of a large nation including Mongolian, Tibetan and other domestic ethnic groups. Secondly, in terms of political practice, the government of the Republic of China continued the trend of establishing provinces in Xinjiang, Taiwan, and Northeast China since the late Qing Dynasty, and successively established Rehe, Chahar, and Xikang provinces. The difference is that New China implemented ethnic equality. Based on the regional ethnic autonomy policy, the establishment of autonomous regions for ethnic minorities.

Distinguishing national identity is the premise and basis for realizing true national equality. Based on this understanding, the government of the People's Republic of China began to identify ethnic groups in 1950, and by 1979, 56 ethnic groups were finally identified. It is an unprecedented pioneering work in the history of ethnic studies in the world to carry out ethnic identification in such a large range. If according to what Luo Youzhi said, my country adheres to Han nationalism and pursues Sinicization with the purpose of eliminating the characteristics of other nationalities, then why is it so necessary to identify so many ethnic groups? Why bother to establish autonomous regions for ethnic minorities?

In addition, Luo Youzhi's ambiguous attitude towards the "East Turkistan" issue is also very worthy of vigilance. She believes that it was the rise of Han nationalism and the oppression of the Sinicization movement that led to the so-called "failure of several attempts to establish the East Turkestan Republic in 1933, 1944, and 1949." The implication is that several "East Turkistan" violent incidents in the 1930s and 1940s were just. She also pointed out that the ethnic policy of the People's Republic of China is "similar to the period of the Republic of China . The discourse of assimilation also resists the national integration policy of the Republic period.” Although "East Turkistan" had not been designated as a terrorist organization by the United Nations in 1996 when Rawski made this statement, its terrorist activities had occurred repeatedly, and its plot to split China was very explicit. Isn't Luo Youzhi's remarks deliberately "constructing history" for the "East Turkistan" separatist forces? Obviously, this is no longer a historical point of view, but a naked political statement.

In short, on the one hand, Luo Youzhi fabricated the so-called "Han nationalism" as the reason for the centrifugal tendency in the border areas in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China; "The nationalist and politicized historical narrative deconstructs the historical facts of China as a unified multi-ethnic country. The harm is not only to compete with us for academic discourse power, but also to "construct history" in order to deconstruct China's sovereign unity and territorial integrity. . For this essence, we should have a clear understanding and vigilance.

Dai Xu, the representative of the Chinese hawks, made an astonishing statement: China will be dismembered by 2030, and China is facing the crisis of being divided up for the third time

History is not far away. In 1840, Europe carved up China for the first time; in 1894, China's Westernization Movement was the first failure of reform and opening up, and the world carved up China for the second time.

During the two divisions in the past 50 years, China lost Japan in the Chinese cultural circle, the Korean Peninsula; Southeast Asia; Taiwan; large areas of Northeast China and Mongolia.

China is like a huge ice cube that has been knocked out by the West.

It was only because of the outbreak of World War II, when imperialist countries bit dogs, that China narrowly escaped from the mouths of Japan and the West. After that, the rise of the Soviet Union held back the Western powers, and China joined the Eastern camp to hold its homeland.

However, now that the Soviet Union has fallen, the third division of China by the West is brewing again. In the past, the Diaoyu Islands issue, the South China Sea issue and the southern Tibet issue were all dormant. It's all out now. And all these issues, control is not on the side of China. And behind all the problems, there is the United States.

In addition to further plundering China's territorial waters and territories, the United States is still engaging in China's only two or three small neighboring countries that can be called friends, and it is also trying to dismember Tibet and Xinjiang.

I have always had a strong premonition: in the next 10 to 20 years, that is, around 2020 to 2030, there will be a massacre against China!

This is not alarmist talk, but has historical logic.

Let's think about it, from the 16th century to the 18th century, the West used the name of great geographical discovery to plunder everywhere, including gold and silver in South America, timber and black slaves in Africa; great geographical discovery is actually a great discovery of wealth. By the 19th century they had discovered the richest China in the world. In 1840, China was the richest country in the world. By 1940, it was robbed by the world in a hundred years, leaving only a piece of scorched earth, and became the poorest country in the world. There are nearly a hundred wars that can be called the scale of wars that took place on the land of China. These wars are taking away China's wealth. They defeated China on Chinese soil, made China pay compensation, and cede land. How is this different from a robber's behavior when he enters someone's house? If you have money, you get money, if you don’t have money, you get things and land. If you don’t have anything, let others lend you money. Didn’t China borrow money from Europe to pay back Japan in the end? In the end, they murdered their men, raped their women, and burned their houses. Isn’t that how the ruins of the Old Summer Palace were left?

If China knew how to protect its wealth back then, Chinese people are much richer than Americans today. It is a pity that history cannot be assumed.

After taking over China, they took over each other. Tired from the two world wars, they wanted to carry out the second industrial revolution and discovered oil in the Middle East, so they went to the Middle East to seize it. The Middle East has been fighting for more than 50 years, until now.

Looking back at this history, what laws will we find? That is, when a region becomes the focus of world strategy, that is, when you become the food that everyone wants to fight for, the war that will be waged around you can take as short as four or fifty years and as long as nearly a hundred years.

Now, today's China is just like China after the Opium War and the Westernization Movement. When you have money, you gain weight. That's why carnivores have come.

The Chinese have always dreamed of revival and rise, but in the eyes of the United States and Japan, what they think about is when a fat cow has grown up and when it will be slaughtered. Isn't that the case with the Westernization Movement of more than one hundred years? After more than 30 years of "reform and opening up", China has accumulated a lot of wealth. Japan suddenly pounced on it, like a wild wolf biting a cow's egg, and knocked China down. Then other beasts pounced on and ransacked China. Now, it has been another 30 years since China's reform and opening up, and a lot of money has been made, and they are jealous again. Especially seeing that many Chinese people are not vigilant and do not think about making progress, I feel that there is an opportunity to take advantage of it.

Therefore, the United States led a group of old carnivores in Europe, and brought a group of small animals in Asia, wandering around the big yellow ox in China, looking for places and opportunities to attack—some openly occupy Chinese islands, wantonly Grab Chinese resources; some sell stones to China as diamonds, and some...the whole world is able to bully China.

I have a hunch that in the future China will either encounter a huge internal war, or one after another of wars around it, or both will come together. Once fighting and chaos arise, the time will not be short. I judge that the United States will not fight China directly, because the great powers will shake the ground and the mountains will shake, and the United States has always let others take the lead. The war in the surrounding areas may happen first, and the United States intervenes to consume China first. Except for the South China Sea, these wars may lead to nuclear wars. When China is tired of fighting and its surrounding areas are tired, the United States should come out, like the two world wars, to be a fisherman and pick up the fruits of Asia's development in the past 50 years.

Why 2020 and 2030? Just look at the timetable for the transformation that the United States has set for its own military. By around 2025, the current four major military services in the United States will all be transformed. At that time, it also had two new military branches, one was the space army and the other was the cyber army, and these two were the main forces. The six major military services adopt the theory of "fighting all over the world in one hour". In the past, the United States used beheading actions against small countries; in the future, it will quickly paralyze its strategy against large countries.

I would like to briefly introduce the new US military strategy. It hits the world's three major weapon systems in one hour, one is the trinity intercontinental missile equipped with conventional warheads, the other is aerospace bombers, and the third is space weapons and cyber weapons. After that, it is the stealth air force and unmanned attack aircraft, robot army and so on. Its defense system is the global anti-missile system. Both offensive and defensive. In order to implement this latest theory, the United States has been working on digital earth, which is actually to establish military geographic information on the earth. Its reconnaissance satellites have already scanned the earth, and its reconnaissance planes flying around the world are further supplementing the information. They also enrich this information base by taking videos and photos through the legal travel of American citizens around the world. In the past two years, China has successively discovered that the Japanese engaged in surveying and mapping in places such as Xinjiang and Gansu. In fact, they were providing strategic information for Japan and the United States. During the Qing Dynasty, Japan began to measure the geography of China. Now it starts again.

Why 2020 and 2030? It also lies in the fact that China's development model today will reach a dangerous critical point at this time.

We used the tickets to blow up a balloon. But balloons will explode, just look at Japan, the bubble will burst. However, Japan is a high-tech country with the protection of the United States. Its economic bubble burst and it just started from scratch. What about China? The day the bubble bursts must be the time of war. This war, if I am unfortunate enough to say that the ending is more serious than a hundred years ago, I think it will be divided. The United States, Japan, including Taiwan, have long had "China's seven pieces of theory". We can't just take it as a joke. In 2030, when my bubble is blown to the maximum, it is also the time when the United States and other powers have completed the construction of a new type of army, and the time when the sword is out of the sheath. Looking back at history, it can be seen that after each new military revolution in the world, the world political structure is reshuffled next, and the party with military superiority will carry out bloody massacres against the party with military inferiority in order to seize wealth. I don't know if we'll catch up to the world in terms of military change in 2030. Because, without an industrial base, a technological base, or an economic base, what is there to pursue? What the war is fighting is industry and technology! Ours is big bubbles, others are cannons! By 2030, people will be a new type of army armed with new weapons, and we will be a new house, a new city, just as a new slaughterhouse and a new grave!

Now all the people are chanting the Peace Sutra, but what are other people doing? In the 1980s, the United States carried out blood sample collection in several provinces in the interior of China. It was called a scientific experiment, and hundreds of thousands of people participated. Our relevant departments also provided great assistance, and each person was given a pack of instant noodles. As a result, "SARS" broke out in China in 2003, and it was later blamed on the civet cat. Let us not forget that all the information of the Japanese Unit 731 was finally given to the United States. Now, genetic weapons have come out. This weapon is much more powerful than nuclear weapons. Some countries have developed it. This is a real genocidal weapon. The United States is also developing geophysical weapons to affect the climate. Russia's chief military theorist sounded such a warning in 2003. In 2008, an unprecedented snowstorm occurred in China. These things are all deeply hidden state top secrets. It may be years before the truth comes to light. But we can't know until then, we should be smarter.

The reason why China does not have a particularly strong sense of crisis is that we shouted harmony and peace everywhere, which was meant to be heard by the world, but it anesthetized our own people. No one wants to think about war anymore. Not long ago, at the "Global Times" seminar on the development of the next ten years, no one except me and Wang Xiaodong mentioned war. Mr. Shen Dingli from Fudan University also discussed from a very profound perspective that there will be no war in China in the future. "Global Times" and Xini put my article about China being surrounded together with him, and let the Chinese people judge for themselves.

Second, it is because there is still a Russia with the same disease. While the United States is engaged in China, it is also dismembering Russia. If the United States wants to control the world, it must get rid of China and Russia and control Eurasia. No matter who falls first between China and Russia, the other will die. The United States often engages in computer games. Since the end of World War II, the United States has formulated more than a thousand war plans.

It can be seen that the * forces, the Hong Kong * faction, *gong; the * elements, the * group, the Kadeer group, and the general backstage are all from the United States, and all of them accept the political, military, public opinion, and economic support of the United States. And the United States has only one purpose in supporting these Chinese separatist forces, and that is to prevent Taiwan and Hong Kong from integrating into the mainland's unified development process, so that the mainland will continue to split, from the outside to the inside, and finally disintegrate.

According to Russia's situation, I judge that China may disintegrate before Russia, and Russia may rise during this process. The fate of China can be deduced not only by Sun Tzu's "temple calculation" in the Art of War, but also by the most advanced computer simulation technology. It's ridiculous that those little bureaucrats are still calculating their black yarn and silver, and they are talking about rising and revival. There is such a short message, which can be used as a sketch of the world: to make the leader happy, make a fake, to make the masses happy, to make a show, to make the lover happy, to do A, to make yourself happy, to make a dream. So, at the beginning, I said that everyone can continue to dream.

But I still want to say that the Chinese nation has really reached the most dangerous time again.

Hegel said: Only when a nation has people who look up at the starry sky can they have hope. How many people like this are there in China? Few people look up at the starry sky like morning stars! Too many people in China are dreaming. Each has its own dream.

Every Chinese who loves to sleep constitutes the Chinese nation who loves to sleep. A nation that loves to sleep has performed a history of love to sleep. Why did the tragedy befall China in 1840? That's because China had already lost the era of capitalist revolution in its sleep; why was it a century-long tragedy later? It is because the Chinese are always sleepy, until the gunshots at the Lugou Bridge at dawn.

From ancient times to the present, the rise of great powers has always relied on external resources, or by plundering by force, or by legally earning technology, in order to enrich their own people, and then enrich the country and strengthen its army. The United States is calling all over the world, why? It is to seize resources for the enjoyment of its people; Russia declares sovereignty over the Arctic, why? It already has so many resources, but it is desperately trying to grab them. It is for the descendants. We don't have the power to take it from the world, but we want to take back our own place. We cannot let the sincerity and advocacy of peace become a rope for others to bind us. We're going to act like a normal country. I have always advocated that our military should undergo expeditionary transformation to be able to defend our resources and ocean-going interests.

We must dare to meet reasonable and legal wars, improve the security situation, stimulate the economy, and lift up the national spirit. The stable situation of New China and the period of good economic development are the result of several self-defense counterattacks. Wolves are driven away, not persuaded.

China needs strategists, and more importantly, people who are determined, brave and full of sense of urgency. There is no invincible enemy in the world, and there is no difficulty facing China that cannot be overcome. The greatest danger is not seeing the danger. Many of our scholars and officials only see flowers, wine, GDP, power and women, like a short-sighted herbivore.

Don't sleep, friends! We cannot be so lowly that we only seek ease and carnal enjoyment. We can't lose everything for money, we can't be poor and only have money!

We should have lofty goals and an indomitable courageous spirit, dare to face all difficulties and challenges, dare to break through the siege, welcome the victory, bring peace to all generations, and create a new China like a strong man and a prosperous Tang Dynasty for our descendants!

I hope that with you and us, we cannot hand over our responsibilities to the next generation!

During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Chinese had a saying: China will not perish without me!

Today we also want to say the same thing: China is strong, with me!

  Long live the motherland!

"India Today" magazine has been in the limelight in the past two days. Its latest issue covers a map of China without Tibet and Taiwan. Below it is a map of Pakistan. Its title is "China's new chicken", Further explanation in the article is: Chinese chickens are clamping India with Pakistani chicks.

This kind of hysterical geopolitical imagination is not new, and the ingenuity of "India Today" is that it unloads two pieces of China, namely Tibet and Taiwan. This caused laughter, hisses and curses. "India Today" is said to be the magazine with the largest circulation in the country, and it was once considered one of the "most serious" media in India. What it shows to the world is such a bear.

If the mainstream media can usually show the general level of a country's elite group between the lines, "India Today" can be regarded as a disgrace to the Indian elite. It has been rumored that there are "two Indias" in the outside world. One is grassroots India, which is one of the groups with the highest concentration of illiteracy and the lowest cultural quality in the world. The other is elite India, which is said to be in line with the United States and Europe, and its level is not low. But "India Today" shows that the elites of this country are quite like a group of idiots. They have a superficial arrogance formed by overpowering a large number of Indian grassroots for a long time.

It is understandable that some elites in India hate China at the moment of the border confrontation between China and India. It is not difficult to understand that I really want to cut off China's Tibet and Taiwan. But they knew that they had no ability to achieve this, so they drew a picture and got it on the cover of the magazine "Looking for plums and quenching thirst". They can reach this level with Ah Q. To paraphrase the name of an Indian Bollywood movie, it is really "I am a god". ! The magazine proudly claims that the cover of this issue was voted "Best Cover of the Day" by the Society of Publishing Designers of America, which is particularly impressive. If India encounters any difficulties in the future, just invite the designer of this magazine to come out and solve them all.

India is indeed incapable of being China's opponent. Indian officials have lowered their tone recently because they saw that the People's Liberation Army is really preparing for a military showdown. The latest statement said that India is committed to finding a friendly solution acceptable to the countries involved to resolve the border standoff. However, China's attitude will not change. If India does not withdraw its troops in accordance with international law, we will force it to withdraw. Before that, we will not negotiate with it.

How can India have the ability to cut off China's Tibet and Taiwan? It can't do it even if it uses all its strength to nurse. Only magazine editors can help Indians relieve their anger. If China and India want to compete to "split each other", India will definitely lose without even underwear left. China is really capable of making its northeastern states independent, if China is "very angry" and wants to do that.

India should honestly withdraw its troops to its own side of the Sikkim section of the border. Before China's patience is finally exhausted, it will be wiser and lose face, but it can keep as much as it can. Once China is determined to take a comprehensive countermeasure, Indian officials and media elites can only slap each other in the face and accuse the other party of screwing things up. At that time, it will be as meaningless for them to scold China as scolding the Himalayas.

"India Today" allows us to see how inferior the nationalist ideology behind Indian policy makers is. It is not the will at all, but the clamor and noise of the mob. Unreasonable and immoral, the Indian army crossed the Sino-Indian border like a bunch of gangsters. What China is facing is not the problem of how to deal with these Indian soldiers at all, but the problem that a large number of rogues gathered in the market to make trouble is not so easy to deal with, but the outcome of restoring order is certain. Of course, if the level of obscenity in "India Today" is super high, India, which lives in a dream world, will never lose.

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the United States did not give up on further dismembering Russia. From the 30-year history of the disintegration of the Soviet Union, it can be seen that Russia has experienced civil wars, color revolutions, NATO’s eastward expansion, and the current Russo-Ukraine War. In the final analysis, it is the United States’ plan to dismember Russia.

The dismemberment plan formulated by the US CIA breaks up Russia into several small countries, and completely destroys Russia's nuclear weapons, so that the US can become the global leader.

When we see the US plan to dismember Russia, we always think that this is a matter between Russia and the US and has nothing to do with China. In fact, the United States also has plans to dismember our country, so we must be vigilant.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

One Why dismember China?

Many people regard the United States as a "beacon of democracy" and believe that the United States represents the most advanced, democratic, and free country in the world. But on the contrary, the United States just confuses the whole world with many illusions.

Dai Xu, a famous military expert in our country, once had a word worthy of vigilance. He said: "The sixth strategic shift of the United States is to encircle and dismember China!" secondary strategic shift. The reason why China has been attacked in recent years is that China has become an important target of the sixth strategic shift of the United States.

First of all, the previous strategic goals of the United States have ensured that the United States is strong.

Let's take a look at 5 strategic shifts in the history of the United States, and each time it helped the United States become stronger.

The United States is a young country with a history of only 200 years. In the 19th century, the United States was unwilling to be the leader in North America, and the genes of robbers played a role again. If the United States wants to become the boss, it needs to defeat the former bosses one by one, and the boss at that time was Spain, so the Spanish-American War broke out.

The goal of the United States is not only to defeat Spain, but also to dismember Spain's colonies around the world, and then develop to the Pacific Ocean and enter Europe.

The first strategic transfer of the United States was very successful, and it gained many Spanish colonies. Then they entered Europe, continued to expand to the places where their ancestors lived, and defeated the old European empires, Britain and France, and the United States achieved a second strategic shift.

In the process of defeating Europe, the United States invaded China with European powers in the 19th century, and the United States tasted the sweetness of gaining benefits through war.

In the early days of World War II, the United States did not intervene in the war, but continued to sell weapons and other urgent necessities to the belligerent countries. After the United States made a fortune in war, it began to enter the field. The United States is going to realize the third strategic shift. After the victory of World War II, the United States gained the most benefits and became the largest creditor country, completely dismembering Europe.

After World War II, the world entered the Cold War, and a camp represented by the two superpowers of the United States and the Soviet Union was formed. The biggest goal of the United States at this time is to disintegrate the Soviet Union and realize the fourth strategic shift.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

It took the United States nearly half of the world to dismember the Soviet Union and successfully complete the strategic shift. But the United States did not stop, and he set his target on the Middle East, because the Middle East was the sphere of influence of the Soviet Union before, and the United States could not enter.

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the United States dismembered the Middle East. From the Gulf War to the Iraq War, the Syrian War, the Yemen Civil War, and the Libyan Civil War, the United States completed its fifth strategic shift and realized huge benefits.

Second, the United States believes it is a threat from China.

It stands to reason that the United States should be satisfied with completing five strategic shifts and gaining so many benefits, but the United States is not satisfied, but instead focuses on China. In the eyes of the United States, China has become the biggest threat to the United States.

Some people will say that now that the United States is intervening in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to suppress Russia, it has no major actions against China. In fact, it is wrong to think this way. The United States' suppression of Russia is actually a prelude to dealing with China. Russia is finished, the next must be China.

The United States knows that China is difficult to deal with, because more than 70 years ago, in the Korean War, China was still weak in strength and still resolutely sent troops to North Korea and defeated the powerful US military. Since then, the United States has looked at China differently and put China on hold, hoping to wait until the collapse of the Soviet Union before taking action.

But it was the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea that made the U.S. realize that a powerful China is about to rise. The history of Western powers being able to invade and occupy China with a few guns has completely passed.

As an ancient nation with a history of 5,000 years, the dismemberment of the United States will not succeed, but the attempt of the United States will not stop, because it is impossible for two powerful countries to coexist again.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

Today in the world, the only country that can challenge the United States is China. Because the United States regards the dismemberment of China as the sixth strategic shift.

In the eyes of the United States, China is a different opponent, never participating in international conflicts, and developing itself in obscurity. However, China has been reformed for decades, and its economy has become the second largest in the world after the United States. China is also the country with the most complete industrial system in the world, and even the United States cannot do it. Its military strength also ranks third in the world. Moreover, China has proposed the "One Belt, One Road" economic development strategy, and its global influence is becoming greater and greater. Such a powerful country will of course be considered a threat by the United States.

Third, dismembering China is good for the United States?

Dismembering China, in addition to allowing the United States to complete the sixth strategic shift and gain huge benefits, it will benefit the United States a lot.

1. Completely dominate the world.

If China is dismembered, it will be difficult for any country in the world to challenge the hegemony of the United States, and the ambition of the United States to dominate the world will be realized, and no one will dare to provoke it. Don't think that we are patient with the United States now. Our strategic plan does not yet have a plan for a decisive battle with the United States. If the United States continues to suppress China, it will fail. Therefore, the United States does not dare to act rashly. Their goal is to disintegrate China and make China lose its ability to challenge the United States.

2. Ensure geographical advantage.

If China is disintegrated, the United States will gain more territory in Asia, especially the developed East Asia, which will be controlled by the United States. US military can easily control Asia.

3. Obtain huge benefits.

If China is dismembered into several small countries, the United States will gain huge benefits. You can enslave China and trample China under your feet.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

2 How to dismember?

The United States has plans and plans to dismember any country. No matter how long it takes, the goal of the United States will not change. For example, it took the United States to dismember the Soviet Union for more than half a century. So how does the United States dismember China?

One is to make a plan.

An American think tank once proposed to the President of the United States a strategic concept to split China, which is said to be called "2049". What kind of idea is this?

According to data, in 2014, an American think tank proposed to split China into four parts and block Chinese trade routes. It is the well-known Rand Corporation in the United States who proposed this conspiracy to split China. This think tank even drew a map of China that was divided by China's ethnic issues 30 years later. In order to divide and weaken China, the United States even conceived of using mines to block the Strait of Malacca and China's overseas trade channels.

The second is to confuse China.

In order to achieve the goal of splitting China, the Rand Corporation of the United States has simulated more than 1,900 Taiwan Strait wars. The Rand Corporation researched 10 years ago that the deployment of anti-ship missiles in the South China Sea would block the Chinese military within the first island chain.

The United States is advancing in various ways to dismember China. First, it promotes the China threat theory. From the U.S.’s point of view, the weakening of China’s strength after the reform has made the U.S. aware of the threat. Therefore, the “China threat theory” must be thrown out first, so that more countries can participate in the U.S. conspiracy to dismember China.

After World War II, the goal of the United States was to dominate the world, and this goal has not changed. When it came to the "global leadership" proposed by Obama. If the United States wants to lead the world, it must attack countries that threaten the United States.

China's long-term policy of keeping a low profile and looking forward to peaceful development. However, some countries regard China's development strategy as tolerance and have invaded and occupied many Chinese islands and reefs. China hopes to resolve disputes peacefully, but some countries regard China's restraint as weakness. In fact, our approach to peacefully resolving disputes is not to be afraid of any country. But China's policy of keeping a low profile will not let the United States give up its plot to dismember China.

The United States will also appear as "democracy and freedom" or even "human rights", constantly accusing China of "violating human rights" or even being "undemocratic", and trying to mess up China from within.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

The third is to work hard in all directions.

There are many ways for the United States to dismember China. Just now we mentioned that the United States will adopt some deceptive methods, but the United States will also use some methods that are often used around the world to attack China.

Be careful of the "color revolution", which is the most used and most experienced method in the United States. Discredit China by spreading rumors, arouse public dissatisfaction, start riots, and then subvert the regime of a country. The American "color revolution" will not be realized in China, but we are also careful about those rumors. For example, the riots in Hong Kong are the biggest lesson.

Dismembering China by tampering with history is also commonly used by the United States. The United States has already implemented it in Russia and other countries. Denying the history of the Soviet Union, especially the history of World War II of the Soviet Union, almost caused a fault in Russian history. Similarly, the United States also uses this method to treat China, constantly denying and falsifying some history. Some historical nihilism trends that are popular in China now cannot be ruled out that there are American black hands behind them. For example, the current fruit fans, Jiang fans, and the denial of the history of Japan's invasion of China are all part of this conspiracy system.

Attack China on ethnic issues. The great national unity in our country is hard-won, but the United States does not want to see this kind of unity, and tries every means to sabotage it and create ethnic conflicts in Xinjiang and Tibet.

The U.S. plot to split China will stop us in various ways, such as the technological blockade against our country. In addition to preventing our development, the ultimate goal is to dismember us. There are also fields such as military, science and technology, aerospace, ocean, and network. The United States may start, so we must be careful.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

Three consequences

If China is dismembered by the United States, the United States will complete its sixth strategic shift, and the United States will truly become the global hegemon. But what are the consequences for China?

First of all, there are constant wars. Our country is a multi-ethnic country, and it is very stable when the country is unified. But if it is divided, it will inevitably lead to civil strife. The example of the Soviet Union has been verified.

After we are divided, not only will there be civil strife, but Western powers will intervene in our internal affairs, continue to create ethnic conflicts and hatred, and create greater and deeper hatred among ethnic groups.

Second, it is further "slaved". The United States will directly control China's public opinion and economy, and completely subvert Chinese values, continue to spread Western values, and spread enslaved culture. This is extremely dangerous and may face death.

Third, internal and external differentiation. After the country is divided, there will be pro-American and anti-pro-American struggles in the whole society, social rifts will widen, and internal friction will continue. The United States will also support separatist forces such as "Taiwan independence", "Tibet independence" and "Xinjiang independence", continue to create rebellions, and completely consume China into a weak country. Those pro-China countries abroad will also be suppressed. The United States will establish an anti-China alliance around China, encircle China, and continue to consume China by supporting domestic separatist forces. Just like the Chechen war, the United States backed the Chechen separatist forces. Otherwise the Chechen war would not have happened at all.

Fourth, support "foreign slaves". With the division and disintegration of the United States, China will continue to rebel. But in order to gain benefits, some people will take desperate risks, such as relying on foreigners to stand on their own, or accelerating differentiation. Just like after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, 15 countries quickly became independent. But Russia has inherited most of the legacy, while the United States still does not let it go and continues to disintegrate Russia. So the United States will also use this method against China.

We must also see that after the US plan is realized, there will be many pro-American forces in our country. They will be completely brainwashed by the US, just like the Soviets who were brainwashed at the end of the Soviet Union. All-round destruction.

How to deal with it?

The dismemberment of China by the United States has already begun, not only with plans, methods, and goals. How to deal with it at this stage?

First of all, the "inner ghosts" must be eliminated, that is, a group of traitors, which are the most destructive "ghosts" to China. If the internal ghosts are not eliminated, the Chinese nation will be in danger, which actually contributed to the plot of the United States.

Inner ghosts exist not only among the people, but also in all walks of life, and some even enter high-level positions, which is extremely destructive to China. They will cooperate with the United States overtly and secretly to bring down China. So the first step is to "eliminate the inner ghost".

Second, we must strengthen national self-confidence. No matter how bad the United States is and how it destroys China, we must be determined and strengthen our confidence in the victory of the Chinese nation. Clarify the rumors in time and crack down on the creators. It is also necessary to continue to expose the conspiracy of the United States. Don't treat the US conspiracy as a secret, let the majority know.

Third, be bloody. We have been away from war for more than 40 years. We must let the new generation of young people know what we were in the past, what we have experienced, and pursue the blood of our ancestors. We must also know what we are going to do now, vigorously publicize the revolutionary tradition and the great achievements of revolutionary martyrs, and strengthen their blood. If we do not occupy, the enemy will occupy, and we will be in danger.

There is both historical confidence and blood in it. Regarding the provocation by the United States, we should take action as soon as possible, and we must not let young people see "fear". There is no such word as "fear" in the Chinese nation.

The United States not only has a plan to dismember Russia, but also a plan to dismember China. We must be vigilant!

Why did Putin dare to act?

Putin is for the bloody continuation of the fighting nation. Putin once said that he has to fight. If he does not fight, the danger will be even greater. In the same way, we also face this situation.

As Dai Xu said: "A country and a nation must dare to show their swords. This is to win the minimum dignity and right to live in this world where the law of the jungle prevails."
