中国东北获得了梦寐以求的出海口，这是中俄合作迈出的巨大一步。俄罗斯允许对华开放海参崴后，东北振兴将在今年6月1号迎来历史性机遇。
【东北的现状与未来】
血饮在5月8号发表的文章《尹锡悦挑衅中国！中美在半岛即将摊牌！地缘大风暴即将到来》中提到了美国借朝鲜半岛封锁东北重工业基地的战略手法，并提出了中国的破局策略——向俄罗斯借出海口开辟从吉林进入太平洋日本海的海路通道。现在国家打通从吉林进入海参崴的通道印证了血饮之前的判断。
吉林借海参崴出海以后，黑龙江省也可以搭上顺风车。从运输距离上看，两省到辽宁出海港口大连和旅顺的陆地距离全都超过1000公里，但无论是黑龙江绥芬河还是吉林省珲春市，距离海参崴的距离都只有200公里左右，公路和铁路运输只要三个多小时就能抵达，极大地降低了运输成本。俄罗斯对华开放海参崴以后，东北经济格局预计将得到极大改变。
海关总署允许吉林省从海参崴出口的同时，还批准浙江舟山甬舟集装箱码头和嘉兴乍浦港作为内贸货物跨境运输输入口岸。
为什么选择浙江呢？这与俄罗斯海参崴作为吉林省内贸运输港口使用有什么关系呢？
因为，2017年国家批准浙江与吉林省对口合作，作为对口省份两省经济互补性极强，东北的产品通过海参崴出口以后，就可以经过海路抵达浙江，极大地补充浙江的物资。同时，东北产品加工以后，一周时间就可以从浙江舟山和嘉兴港口运往海参崴，然后通过俄罗斯铁路运往德国汉堡港，直接完成对欧洲的出口。形成了东北-浙江-海参崴-德国的内外循环配套。
这样既利好东北工业产品出口，也惠及东北农产品出口。过去受制于运输限制，东三省这个农产品盛产地区出口总是受限，中美贸易摩擦时，中国反制美国大豆每年3000万吨进口之际，每年有600万吨大豆产品的东北，却仅仅只有60万吨能够运往南方地区，不仅造成极大浪费，同时也让美国大豆更加肆无忌惮。现在开通的海路运输，不仅比公路和铁路运力更大，而且成本更低，这样一来，将东北大豆运往浙江，再转运江浙沪等华东地区，不仅可以取代美国大豆，还可以为本地农民创收，更能对外减少对美国大豆的依赖，可谓是一举三得！

历史上，东北曾经被四大列强盯上，并为此展开激烈角逐。他们分别是沙俄、日本、犹太以及美国。

沙俄
沙俄从康熙同时代的叶卡捷琳娜大帝时期就盯上了东北，之后彼得大帝等历代沙皇都将吞并东北纳入了 帝国扩张的重中之重。通过一系列条约，沙俄逐步吞并中国东北外围的库页岛等地区，1905年，更为了夺取东北与日本爆发了日俄战争。后来，日俄战争失败导致沙俄解体。可以说，为了夺取东北，沙俄几乎押上了国运，最终输掉了一切。

日本
日本在吞并朝鲜半岛以后的东方会议上，制定了吞并东北乃至全中国的扩张路线图。九一八事件以后，中国人民经过十四年抗战最终取得胜利。断绝日本最后希望的关东军被苏联红军消灭后，日本才下定决心投降。
日本为吞并东北，更是史无前例地向东北移民，要知道，日本占领对岸和其他中国广大土地以后从没想过移民，可见东北战略地位之重要！
日本因谋划侵略并永久占领东北而崛起，甚至堵上国运，与强大的沙俄血腥争夺东北，占领以后更是苦心孤诣地经营东北，以移民形式想永久霸占东北，最后因东北关东军被全面消灭而最终投降。
日本近代崛起，三次堵上国运的斗争，其中两次都，跟东北有关，而且，一旦计划失败，日本将万劫不复，但就是这样，日本依旧贼心不死的在世纪赌桌上押上了一切，从这里可以看出，东北对日本来说有多重要。

犹太
日本扶持满清末代皇帝溥仪建立伪满洲国的1932年，赞助日本金钱打败沙俄的犹太资本找上了日本。在1937年12月26号，首届远东犹太社团代表大会在哈尔滨商务俱乐部召开，与会者有1000多人，包括来自东北以及日本神户的代表21名，居住在哈尔滨的犹太人中大约有700人参加。大会第二天以后，选举考夫曼为远东犹太民族自治委员会领袖，这个委员会相当于中国各犹太社区联合会，会议发表了犹太人愿与日本和“满洲国”合作、“建立亚洲新秩序”的声明。
这是二战期间犹太人全面赞成并支持日本军国主义法西斯的公开宣言，以这个声明为标志，犹太人彻底站到了日本法西斯阵营，也站到四万万尸山血海之间沉浮的中国人民的对立面。
在这次会议之后，来自德国、俄罗斯远东的全世界犹太人开始疯狂涌入东北。1938年12月6日召开的五相会议上，“亲犹”方针得到了官方的批准，甚至支持犹太人在东北建立以色列国的河豚鱼计划，也被日本政府全面采纳。作为回报，犹太资本提供大量金钱赞助日本侵略东北，进而吞并中国的军事工业体系。
1939年5月，犹太人考夫曼博士受日本经济联盟会的邀请访问日本，受到热烈欢迎，并被授予“帝国勋章”。这是日本为与东北犹太人建立更好关系而采取的重要步骤。
犹太人作为一个远离东亚地区的势力，却矢志不渝地坚持在东北建立以色列国。按当年的情势，如果不是罗斯福总统坚决反对河豚鱼计划，并勒令在东北的犹太人火速回国，那么，现在的东北就是如今的巴勒斯坦，而现在的东北人民也就成了被犹太以色列屠杀欺辱的巴勒斯坦人。
我们知道，犹太最终选择在巴勒斯坦建国，就是为了在中东阿拉伯国家海洋中打下钉子，但在进入巴勒斯坦之前，犹太资本最先选择的地区却是东北，为此他们不惜拿出几乎所有金钱跟日本法西斯订立魔鬼契约。犹太资本资助的日本军事工业在随后的八年抗战中，更是帮助日本屠杀了数千万的中国民众，这是犹太资本对中国人民欠下的血债。
犹太人视金钱为生命，但他们却愿意豁出去，拿出所有资本，参与在东北建立以色列的河豚鱼计划。要知道，犹太人是不会做亏本买卖的 ，在他们的经济算盘下，东北建立以色列国一定能够赚取十倍甚至百倍千倍的战略利益，由此可见，东北的经济战略价值是多么的可观。

美国
1950年美国借助韩国傀儡挑起朝鲜战争，想要吞并朝藓半岛，然后以此为跳板打击东北重工业基地，然后为侵略中国铺路。这套把戏是当年丰城秀吉和日本法西斯玩剩下的。没想到被美国人依样画葫芦地捧了起来。
最后的结果大家都看到了，在毛泽东领导下，中国狠狠地胖揍了美国一顿，最终保住了东北乃至全国。很多人不知道的是，朝鲜战争是美国陷入现在债务危机的开端。这场战争美国投入了巨大的军事资源，之后的马卡西主义更加剧了军事和政治右倾，加上后来的越南战争，令美国彻底陷入了债务危机，这也才有了1971年的全面经济危机，这次危机直接导致犹太资本登上美国政坛，开启了犹太资本完全奴役美国的历史进程。
至此，美国人深陷债务危机而无法自拔。
可以说，为了东北，美国几乎赌上了本土白人的所有身家。美国付出代价如此之大，获取的战略利益必然是对等的，由于战略利益的载体就是东北，可见，东北的战略价值是多么的庞大。
【煤钢复合体的战略价值】
东北之所以被四大列强看中，最根本的原因就是：它是亚欧大陆东侧唯一一个具有成为煤钢复合体潜力的平原地区。
那么，什么是煤钢复合体呢？
第一次工业革命是蒸汽革命，所以，工业发展除了使用大量的水以外，还需大量的煤炭和钢铁，于是，同时拥有煤矿、铁矿以及布局在河流两侧工厂组成的工业区，就成为当时一个国家工业实力增长的核心。在这类工业区中，因为轨道运输要求高，所以，这些工业区一般布局于平原地区，而平原地区往往同时也是人口密集区，能够为工厂提供最多的劳动力。
等到第二次和第三次科技革命以后，这种工业布局基本就固定了，最终也就形成了煤钢复合体。虽然之后石油和电力成为工业必需，但东北的这种格局却已经固定下来。
虽然列强争霸了五百年，但煤钢复合体一直是列强的实力源泉。于是，列强也都在这个规律下不约而同地建立了自己的煤钢复合体工业区，如英国伦敦工业区、法国阿尔萨斯-洛林工业区，德国鲁尔工业区，沙俄控制的乌克兰东部工业区以及美国的五大湖工业区。
只有拥有了煤钢复合体，才能踏入世界顶级强国行列。欧盟的前身是1951年成立的欧洲煤钢共同体。之后这个共同体不断发展，也才有了今天在世界排名第一的复合经济体。
这里强调下，中国自从唐朝以后，江浙沪地区一直是经济中心，但却不具备成为煤钢复合体的基础，因为江浙沪地区缺乏第二次工业革命急需的煤矿和铁矿分布，虽然这里人口丰富、水系发达，但缺失了两大重要矿产就是先天不足。到今天为止，江浙沪地区始终没有诞生煤钢复合体以及大规模重工业，只能建设劳动密集型轻工业，就是最直接的证据。
放眼中国，东北成为煤钢复合体的优势可谓独一无二，黑土地＋境内黑龙江、嫩江、松花江、图们江水系发达，更有辽宁精品铁矿以及三省丰富的煤炭资源，且境内为平原可以修建大型铁路设施。这个优势甚至比工业革命先发优势的英国和法国更加优越，要知道英国和法国的面积加起来还不到102万平方公里，不足东北平原的三分之二，更别说英国和法国境内平原面积稀少，煤炭和钢铁资源更是无法与东北匹敌。
在历次工业革命中，列强在发展煤钢复合体的过程中也逐步意识到了这一点。于是，争夺新煤钢复合体区域就成了列强博弈的核心。众所周知，科技革命以后诞生的世界列强基本全部位于北半球，于是，北半球同时具备上述条件的地区就成了列强争夺的核心，东北也被卷入其中。
【煤钢复合体争夺战】
01
1853年克里米亚战争
1856年英法联军打击沙俄黑海舰队，最终攻克塞瓦斯托波尔要塞并占领克里米亚半岛。这一事件直接导致尼古拉一世自杀。为什么自杀呢？因为无法交代。克里米亚以及乌克兰东部地区是沙俄建立的唯一一处煤钢复合体工业区。失去这里，沙俄也就失去了巴尔干半岛，也必将暂时丧失前出地中海争夺世界霸权的基础。沙俄不仅失去了拿破仑战争之后得到的三皇地位，而且对英法全面处于守势，这是整个沙俄精英无法承受的结果。这种衰败总要有人来承担，于是尼古拉一世为了保住皇室进而选择自杀以谢天下。

克里米亚战争后沙俄精英总结教训，认为农奴制限制了工业资本雇佣工人的来源，于是发动了1861年改革。但，这种改革并没有让沙俄焕然一新，因为乌克兰东部煤钢复合体产品的海路出口-土耳其海峡一直被英法控制。这种改革反而削弱了沙俄中央集权，等到1905年日俄战争失败，沙俄精英将罪责全部归咎于沙皇皇室，于是1905年改革进一步削弱沙俄中央集权，最后的结果就是沙俄解体。
纵观沙俄发展的历史轨迹就会明白，沙俄在1856年败于克里米亚是政权瓦解的开始。从1856年以后，沙俄再无能力打开第聂伯河地区煤钢复合体的海路和外贸通道，这就让沙俄陷入了封闭下的熵增，直至最终灭亡。
02
古巴导弹危机
古巴导弹危机的导火索是前苏联在1962年发现美国准备在土耳其部署核导弹。一旦部署完毕，从列宁时代苏联投入巨大力量重新建立的乌克兰东部的第聂伯河煤钢复合体将被置于北约核导弹打击之下。沙俄解体源于第聂伯河煤钢复合体被封锁。
一旦美国的核导弹摧毁这里，苏联工业将瞬间瘫痪。美国这种点穴手法极其阴毒，一步就将苏联逼到了绝路上。为了重建这个煤钢复合体，苏联几乎把所有高科技产业都转移到了这里，包括洲际导弹、航母以及航空发动机，以至于苏联解体以后，俄罗斯还要求乌克兰继续供应紧缺的军事工业零部件，海军最好的北方造船厂更直接失去航母建造能力，只有乌克兰的塞瓦斯托波尔才可以进行航母建造。
苏联解体的时候，乌克兰几乎拥有苏联所有的高科技部门，直接继承的核弹头就超过2000枚，由此可见，冷战时期苏联将本国工业和技术的精华全部给了乌克兰东部的第聂伯河煤钢复合体，这是苏联红军和国家威慑力最大的源泉。
这也就解释了苏联为何对美国在土耳其部署将第聂伯河煤钢复合体反应如此激烈。最后，苏联成功逼迫美国撤出了部署在土耳其境内的核导弹，维护了国家安全。
03
南斯拉夫解体
1856年的克里米亚战争，沙俄与英法争夺的是巴尔干半岛，最终以沙俄失去克里米亚结束，沙俄失去了突破土耳其海峡进入地中海东部控制巴尔干半岛的希望。失去巴尔干、又被封锁在黑海之内，第聂伯河煤钢复合体失去了向西的海路通道，对苏联工业的封锁进一步加速，熵开始猛增。
1991年6月份开始的前南斯拉夫解体则将历史再次重演，英美主导的美元再次将巴尔干半岛肢解，并成功将社会主义阵营最大的钉子户、同属斯拉夫人的南斯拉夫瓦解，至此，俄罗斯被彻底封堵正在黑海之内，失去了进入太平洋切断英美海权连接部的任何可能。于是南斯拉夫解体成了苏联解体的导火索，1991年12月，也就是南斯拉夫解体开始后6个月，苏联宣告灭亡。

2014年克里米亚战争
从2007年开始，美国就开始密集策划在乌克兰发动颜色革命，其目的就是要将乌克兰打造成东欧反俄堡垒，同时，经济上吞并乌克兰东部仅存的煤钢复合体最后的国有资产。只有占领这里，才可以切断俄罗斯军事能源工业的最后希望。失去能源，俄罗斯没有财力，失去第聂伯河煤钢复合体，斯拉夫人再也没有崛起复兴的任何希望。2020年3月爆发的乌克兰战争可以说是2014年克里米亚战争的延续，美国和俄罗斯继续争夺这个斯拉夫民族最终崛起的希望种子，这也就解释了普京为何一定要将克里米亚在内乌克兰东部五洲纳入俄罗斯联邦，只有完全控制第聂伯河煤钢复合体，斯拉夫民族才有第三次振兴的机会，否则，斯拉夫民族只能被迫向东迁徙，就像当年被汉朝打败的匈奴西迁一样，最后的结果必然是灭亡。

沙俄侵略东北
在康熙时代，叶卡捷琳娜大帝与之后的彼得大帝一直希望染指东北地区，为此，双方爆发了雅克萨之战。此战中国拿回了220万远东领土，但双方的斗争却从未停止。1856年，沙俄败于英法之后，第聂伯河煤钢复合体被封锁，沙俄想到了同样具有此类区位优势的东北，妄想以吞并东北建立新煤钢复合体完成国家二次崛起。
克里米亚战争战败的第三年1858年到1864年，6年时间里沙俄逼迫中国签署了三个不平等条约，割占144万平方公里土地。从割让的土地上看，沙俄就是一步步向东北平原地区推进，其目的就是要永久占领东北平原，在这里建立沙俄双头鹰的新煤钢复合体工业区。
沙俄割占领土的时候还特意封锁中国在东北地区的出海口，比如中俄北京条约将库页岛这个封锁东北出海口的门户占领，瑷珲条约完全切断中国进入东太平洋地区水路通道。三大条约直接让中国与太平洋出海口绝缘，绝缘的目的就是俄罗斯吸取了克里米亚战争教训。
英法已经封锁了第聂伯河煤钢复合体的出海口黑海，沙俄在这里新建远东煤钢复合体自然不希望重蹈覆辙。这种沙俄直接割让领土，完全控制东北出海口自然是最保险的。1898年沙俄逼迫清政府签署旅大租地协议，直接占领远东最大不冻港-旅顺港以及辽宁出海口大连港。1868年到1898年的三十年时间，沙俄几乎控制东北全部出海口，这样，垄断东北的沙俄才真正具备了独立建立自身完全控制的煤钢复合体的条件。

日俄战争
沙俄控制东北的图谋被两个国家看穿，分别是英国和日本。英国刚封锁了第聂伯河煤钢复合体，沙俄就吞并东北，英国对沙俄的战略打算心知肚明。同时，日本侵占韩半岛以后开始进攻东北，这个侵略路线与沙俄冲突，双方正式对线，成为死敌。
双方争夺的核心就是东北，谁控制东北谁就掌握全世界最大的、未开发的煤钢复合体。
此时，英国被德国缠住，为打击沙俄，1904年与日本秘密结盟。得到英国支持的日本开始加速侵略东北，最终在英日结盟的第二年发动了日俄战争，战争主要就发生在旅顺、大连以及日本海沿岸，这些地区都是东北进入太平洋海路通道必经之地。日本胜利以后，沙俄失去了建立东北煤钢复合体续命的最后一根稻草，12年后灭亡。
对应的则是日本的全面崛起。侵略东北以后，日本开始建立大规模煤钢复合体，将国内和国际先进设备投入东北地区，更大规模移民妄图永久占领这里。对日本来说，国内关东和关西地区平原逼仄，也没有大型水系更别说粮食不足、营养不良的国民以及严重缺乏煤炭和钢铁资源。
占领东北，让日本获得了102万平方公里的平原地区，而且煤铁水力农业资源丰富，相比而言，1895年夺取的对岸不过只是缩小版的日本，完全没有任何工业发展前途，而东北简直就是人间天堂。
在得到犹太人大规模资金注入以后，东北煤钢复合体开始迅猛发展，正是得益于东北煤钢复合体的庞大工业能力，日本才建立了当时全亚洲最强的陆军-关东军。

日本投降
二战日本投降，很多人认为主要原因是美国在日本投下了原子弹。但8月6号美国投下第一颗原子弹以后，日本并未投降，而是扛到了8月9号。8月9号美国在长崎投下了第二枚原子弹，但8月9号这天还爆发了一个重要事件。那就是苏联贝加尔方面军在8月9号凌晨对日本驻扎东北的关东军发动全面进攻，给予关东军以毁灭性打击，日本战死投降合计65万，关东军在8月9号被彻底摧毁，日本军部妄想依托东北煤钢复合体构建钢铁堡垒顽抗到底的计划完全失败。这才是促使日本在8月9号投降的重要原因。
东北关东军覆灭，日本依托102万平方公里煤钢复合体顽抗到底的希望彻底破灭，日本顽抗的工业实力梦被彻底打碎，这才是日本军部和天皇下定决心彻底投降的原因。
从上述历史事件可以看出，煤钢复合体的争夺非常血腥残酷，列强们为了赢得胜利，几乎无所不用其极。西方列强之间、西方与俄罗斯、俄罗斯与日本、满清之间贯穿人类历史200多年的全球地缘争霸几乎都是围绕煤钢复合体展开。
东北不幸也被卷入其中，被四大列强盯上以后，历经多年斗争带来的流血漂橹，方才在新中国建立以后迎来新生。
东北的历史经纬折射出弱肉强食的丛林法则。和谐包容的华夏文明要屹立世界文明之巅，还需有“任尔东南西北风，我自岿然不动”的绝对实力。百年未有之大变局前，面对复杂的国际形势，善待自己，善待家国，善待守护这一方净土的所有人。
在这里我们要重点说下共和国缔造者毛泽东的高瞻远瞩，在开国之初就确立了在东北建立庞大的煤钢复合体的远见卓识。
首先，熟读历史的毛泽东明白自隋唐经济中心转移南方以后，形成了南方士林集团与北方中央集权政府之间的斗争，这种斗争横跨1000年的中国历史。从大唐灭亡到1860年洋务运动之前的一千年，北方中央政府依靠强力数次完成国家统一，全面压制了南方士林集团。为此朱元璋甚至成立恐怖的厂卫制度疯狂打击以宋濂等为首的南方士林，同时设立南北科举榜，千方百计平衡南北发展差异。这些措施都是当时维护国家大一统所必需的手段。
但是，在洋务运动以后，南方士林集团蜕变成了中国近现代历史上最反动的政治集团-买办资产阶级。从洋务运动的盛宣怀、李鸿章到后来的四大家族，再到四大家族的政治代理人蒋介石，买办资产阶级天然充当西方列强走狗，对外出卖国家利益，对内欺压中国人民，经济上完全依赖境，外就是这个集团赚钱反人民的天然政治基因。
为此，毛泽东高瞻远瞩，在1947年就从外交上获得苏联支持，快速收回东北，并派遣大量干部进入东北接收日本在华工业资产，在被战火破坏的地方重建了东北煤钢复合体重工业区。在1959年以后中苏交恶以后，又开始建设大三线，将东北的工业开始向西部四川、甘肃、青海等革命老区转移复制。东北工业的星星之火开始在全国范围内燎原。
这点大家可以去查下本省工业历史，最早建立的工业企业中存在大量的东北技术人员以及工人。他们放弃当时东北优渥的生活环境，跋涉千里万里，为共和国振兴播撒汗水与热血，将青春都献给了共和国崛起。他们和他们的后代现在很多已经成为当地人，但他们的贡献将彪炳史册。
在毛泽东建立东北煤钢复合体以后，因为当地资源自给自足，不像英国和日本一样还需要进口，所以暂时不需要从海洋上打通出口的海路，这就直接规避了一个重大难题，当时的解放军海军比较羸弱。一直到90年代的时候，因为我们的海军连对岸都不如，所以远洋运输需要绕开对岸海峡，从菲律宾外海绕道。
正是毛泽东规划趋利避害，所以，在抗美援朝打败美国以后，中国东北煤钢复合体高速发展。当年农业基础就是在东北工业支持下完成，大量农田改造奠定了现在粮食丰收的基础。东北重工业发展也积累了共和国崛起最重要的金钱资本。
后来的改革开放，也是东北工业基地将资金、人员和技术全部向东南转移，才有了后来东部经济腾飞。
【振兴东北的意义】
01
对美贸易达到临界点
改革开放以来，中国一直将产业与美国配套，产业转移和外资注入让中国经济40年来快速腾飞。但是，到目前为止，这一模式遇到了极大的瓶颈。
今年6月1号，美国债务上限即将到期。血饮并不担心美国这次会主动债务违约，但美国国债增速已经达到每月8000亿美元左右的幅度，这个增速产生的盘子是包括中国在内国家都接不住的。
在美国国家债务之外，美国居民储蓄从2020年的20%快速暴跌到现在的4.7%，这个比美国次贷危机期间的美国家庭储蓄还低一半。毫不客气地说，美国现在已经到了国穷民穷的地步。政治上美国正在陷入左右大分裂，根本看不到政治解决国家债务问题的任何可能。一句话概括，美国这个破船即将沉没，中国要考虑的问题就是避免与破船同沉。
对外，中国产品配套美国出口换取的就是美元，现在美国债务上限已经无解，这就构成了中国必须转移外贸目的地的迫切需求。2013年，中国正式提出一带一路就是提前预判到了这一趋势，一带一路就是与向东对美出口相反的西部一带一路沿线国家发展贸易。十年来，这一战略已经取得重大成果，中国与一带一路国家贸易增速保持每年10%增长，今年1到4月，中国与一带一路国家贸易额已经正式超过美日欧。
5月18号到19号，中国-中亚峰会将在丝绸之路古都西安召开。从西安出发，一带一路将穿越中亚直达欧洲和非洲，我们的路也会越来越宽。
反观美国，一直在歇斯底里攻击中国，仿佛是中国欠了他的。实际上，美国不负责任的金融政策，肆意转嫁金融危机给全世界，过了这么多年纸醉金迷的日子，已经够了。美国是世界第一强国，没人能逼迫他。所有的债务问题都是他自己造成的，现在的困境也是美国体制问题造成的。中美贸易也都是一张张贸易合约白纸黑字签署的，中国从未在中美贸易中获取单边优势，单边优势背后是美国自甘堕落、自毁前程，与中国何干？
从2001年美国互联网泡沫破裂到现在，美国一直无法找到新的经济增长点，虽然互联网和高科技打造了西部高科技产业园区，但是美国却始终无法再次振兴本国五大湖区的东北铁锈州老工业基地。新的技术无法与实体经济融合，遍布国会议员如过江之鲫的游说团体两眼只盯着金钱，从来不会从国家战略层面考虑。美国东部铁锈州在沉没，西部高科技完全依赖中国市场，也正在被中国赶超。
这种情况下，中国必须引以为戒。我们将向东配套的工业体系要逐步转移为以向西的一带一路为主，要重振一带一路就必须发展西北部，西北部没有大型工业区，北方仅有的两个工业区就是东北辽中南与华北津京唐，这就需要我们振兴这些老工业基地，以他们带动北方工业再次发展，然后再顺着京杭大运河与古代丝绸之路上的西安-洛阳一线对接，而河南洛阳所在的三京之地，未来将蕴蓄第四次科技革命火种，这个我们后面文章再说。
02
收入分配达到临界点
进入2023年，努力挣钱成了几乎所有人的共识，同时，各行业的内卷也开始加剧，社会群众普遍对未来信心支撑不足。这些背后是收入分配调节问题，大部分人努力工作但负担还是不轻。人口出生减少以及年轻人躺平都是出现的新问题。
要激活重启新经济增长点就必须改革分配收入制度。从技术上，税收是调节的直接手段。但从根本上看，将经济中心重新转移到老少边穷的老区所在北方和西部地区才是根本。新工业区的建设会带来经济增量腾飞，只有增量增加才有减少对内改革分配阻力，也能够防止国内富裕基层携款资本出逃。
北方振兴必须东南资金和技术注入，就像浙江省对口吉林省帮扶一样，在新形势下，更多的应该相互支持、相互扶助，而不是走斗人的回头路。

东北孕育转型希望
不知从何时开始，在境外势力带动下抹黑东北成了他们分裂民众的利器。曾经在70年代雄踞共和国经济三甲的东北成了抹黑代名词。地域黑非常下作，同时，东北也意外引领中国经济走向。
有人嘲讽东北轻工业就是直播，重工业是烧烤，而现在全国各地满大街的都是直播的，淄博烧烤也火了；有人嘲讽东北人口下降、人才流失、离婚率高，而现在全国人口出现负增长，离婚率也开始飙升；以前大家嘲讽东北热衷考编制，不敢创业，现在国内公务员考编制爆满，连送外卖都要找关系；以前嘲讽东北四体不勤，现在国内很多年轻人都开始热衷躺平。不知道现在谁应该嘲讽谁呢？
在经济方面，东北也走在了全国前面，率先出现了经济增长的前兆。它来自于黑龙江鹤岗，曾经这里以低房价著称全国，2023年1月5号，鹤岗停止供暖、公交车部分线路停止运行等上热搜，这些似乎都不是好消息。但是，好消息最近也传出，经过2021年年底暂停招聘基层公务员的财政重整以后，2023年一季度，鹤岗市统计局的数据显示，鹤岗地区生产总值同比增长8.5%。成为全国GDP增速第一的城市。
鹤岗经济重振，看到了东北振兴的希望，也看到了处于经济转型阶段的中国的希望。曾经砖家告诉我们，房地产不能垮，但是鹤岗在房价暴跌到几乎全国最低以后，通过财政重振再次实现了全国第一的增长，这说明房地产没有那么重要。也说明没有房地产的经济也能实现超过8%的高速增长。一季度东北三省经济增速高于全国，鹤岗又成为第一，这让全中国看到了希望，有希望就有动力。只要我们重新进行大规模改革，全国都能够实现鹤岗式发展，解除了房产问题，年轻人活力和创造力被激化，中国经济才有腾飞的希望！
04
重振民心
70年前，为保护东北煤钢复合体，以中国底层农民为代表的中国人民志愿军在朝藓战场打败了美国，当时靠的就是全国人民齐心协力、同舟共济。那场战争仿佛阳光驱散浓雾，彻底激发了中国人打击敌人、保卫国家的热血。现在，中国一带一路将带动北方和西部崛起，这里是革命老区，受惠于国家发展。未来出生的新一代将是具有完全不同于现在的新一代，他们具有汉唐时代，中国人热血开拓，敢为天下先的气魄。男儿仗剑走天涯，将是华夏民族魂回归的表现，彼时的中国人开放热血将超过大航海时代的西方海盗。
热血就是为国家民族献身，从东汉数十人孤守塞外到唐末白头兵死守安西不退。那样的豪情壮志已经千年不曾有过。复兴东北带动北方经济发展的一带一路将华夏男儿的梦想带入广袤无垠的欧亚大陆，这里将再次上演断续千年的绝唱。
东北黑土地人杰地灵，这里在过去是大国争霸的战场，现在则是共和国三次振兴的希望。作为共和国长子，东北付出巨大代价，现在东北又成为点亮中国经济腾飞的灯塔，为中国巨轮出海照明。东北的历史变迁就是共和国历史发展的缩影。在今天研究东北历史，我们就是要找到前路和希望所在。
当前中国正处于巨大的历史转折期，也就是百年未有之大变局。从中国历史看，百年已经不足以形容这种历史变迁，千年才可以。当东北振兴，北方经济崛起。从西安-洛阳出发的商队和从宁波、舟山出发的巨轮将带动丝绸之路海陆并行，两条巨龙腾飞，将带动华夏盛世崛起！
文章末尾要说的是，70年前为保卫东北煤钢复合体在内国家安全，我志愿军为首人民子弟兵为共和国付出沉重代价。最终的胜利更奠定了中国现代崛起的政治军事地位，但现在境外资本扶持的媒体走狗公然污蔑子弟兵为野狗，对这种罔顾历史、哗众取宠的小丑，希望国家有关部门能够将其背后的公司全网封杀，对责任人应该判刑。当年的子弟兵为共和国尊严浴血沙场，现在，我们更要维护他们的尊严，挑衅子弟兵尊严的小丑就应该付出血的代价！
