【日本对华导弹攻击中国国土的范围】

但日本主要想发展自己制造巡航导弹的能力,而不是只靠从美国进口战斧式巡航导弹。

有人认为在火箭发动机研究方面,清华大学的技术并不占据优势,而在这方面技术最好的就是西北工大。那清华大学为何不与西北工大合作,反而与日方合作,出于何目的?而日方却可以借与清华大学合作之名,借项目合作平台,打着中国最高学府清华大学之名,就可以到拥有中国最先进火箭发动机技术的中国相关院校及研究机构去交流,而其他院校总不会对中国最高学府清华大学进行技术保密吧?这就可能导致中国最先进火箭发动机技术泄密给日方。
而一旦日本掌握了中国先进火箭发动机核心机密,则日本就可用从中国得来的中国火箭发动机技术,研制成远程隐身巡航导弹,及日本美国至今尚未研制成功的高超音速导弹,在未来就可能用于攻击中国国土!而从近期看,美日一旦握有这种先进武器之后,将直接影响我统一台湾,造成阻滞中华民族复兴的重大事件!这将是损害中国国家安全和核心利益的重大失误!
目前,日本和美国正缺少发展高超音速导弹的关键火箭发动机技术,所以美日目前研制高超音速导弹都碰到了困难,应是这次中日合作选择火箭发动机项目的背后原因。一旦日本借合作之名偷取而获得中国的火箭发动机技术,美日的高超音速导弹就可加快研制成功,这等于美日获得了针对中国的反介入和区域拒止(A2/AD)能力。这样,未来解放军舰队渡海登台岛,大部分舰队可能会被击毁,解放军损失惨重;或者因怕受损失而不能解决台湾问题,达到了美日以军事遏阻中国统一的目的。这不是中国重大国家安全和核心利益问题吗?另外,问一个问题:中国将从这项中日合作中得到了什么?有什么值得让中国帮助美国日本发展火箭发动机技术?国家安全重如泰山,绝不能视若儿戏!
在中美博弈的大背景之下,科学是有国界的!事实上,中国一些名牌大学早已成为美国西方意识形态入侵的重灾区。之前教育领域出现的“眯眯眼”事件、丑化中国的“模特秀”和“毒教材”事件,培养了许多精致利己主义者,就是因为价值观出了问题。有些师生国家民族意识淡薄,产生文化自卑感,有逆向民族主义意识。这也是中国大量留学生热衷留美、不愿归国的重要原因,中国最著名的大学已成为为美国培养人才的预科学校。建议国家立即停止清华大学与日本合作研发火箭发动机项目,并以此事为契机,加强对师生的爱国主义价值观教育和国家安全观教育,把爱国作为培养人才的基点,把国家安全作为科研交流合作的底线。
