二、连环案套出连环案

自2000年起，在鹤壁市、卫辉市、汤阴县、长垣县以及邻省河北、山东等20多个市、县发生了数十起针对手机专卖店的盗窃案件。2004年9月，浚县公安局在侦破矩桥镇海信电器门市部手机被盗中抓获了手机系列盗窃案的主犯张某某。张某某在供述中提到与浚县屯子镇某村的张贵堂联系密切，曾共同作案。并提供线索，张贵堂干过抢劫的勾当，可能有命案在身。

经过深入的审讯和调查，张贵堂初步供出了数起抢劫杀人案，与此同时，张贵堂冷血搭档中的另一角色--闫伟民也浮出水面。2004年10月，闫伟民被抓获，他的落网给警方提供了一把打开系列抢劫案的钥匙。两个人的供述相互印证，这对冷血搭档制造出的桩桩血案，在他们的供述中又一次被展现。

三、要做“职业强盗”的冷血搭档

闫伟民和张贵堂这对冷血搭档的结合不是偶然的。

闫伟民是河南省长葛市人，年轻时游手好闲，结交了一帮地痞流氓，四处惹事生非。成家后，闫伟民的日子日渐贫困，他便从亲戚朋友处筹钱开了一家废品收购站，专门收购废旧变压器。由于收购了脏物被长葛警方抓获，还被收押了一段时间。出狱后，闫伟民痛定思痛，认为“正当生意”赚不了钱，不如干坏事钱来的快，于是他就琢磨着要当一名“职业强盗”。他曾到武汉、去西安，先后学习了“麻醉抢劫”和“万能开锁术”，掌握了一定的犯罪技术。在陕西省镇安县，四处寻找盗窃机会的闫伟民通过当地一“大哥大”式的人物周龙青（另案处理），与在当地干非法买卖白银勾当的张贵堂结识。闫伟民和张贵堂对周龙青十分崇拜，不仅和他一起抢劫盗窃，而且还从周龙青身上学到了“在道上混不能有善心，要学会冷酷”，“作案时要心狠手辣，该出杀手时不能犹豫”等犯罪“理论”，为今后在作案时大开杀戒做好了思想准备。

闫伟民冷酷无情，张贵堂杀人不眨眼。两人相识后一拍即合，相见恨晚。两个人在一起简直如漆似胶，很快就成了冷血搭档。整日里在一起研究作案方法，策划抢劫杀人，并很快付诸实施。

自1995年至1999年间，闫伟民和张贵堂共实施抢劫杀人案13起，杀20人，伤6人，涉案金额100余万元。除抢劫杀人外，两人还涉嫌数十起盗窃案，可谓是屡屡得手，肆无忌惮。在作案过程中，他们还不断总结“经验”，形成了自己的一套犯罪套路。

他们做案的随意性很强，不在熟人间或本地作案。在查证落实的13起抢劫杀人案中，地点分别遍布3省10几个市、县。在河北省永年县“5.2”案中，他们是在长途车上看到彭某烟酒店的生意好就决定入室抢劫的；在河北省大名县“1.9”案中，他们也是路过，偶尔看见这家批发店房子比其他店好，就临时起意，实施抢劫；在西平县“11.13”案中，被害人因为房子比较漂亮，就成为他们抢劫的对象；在新郑市“10.15”案中，被抢劫的起因仅是白天张贵堂在买烟时与店主吵了几句嘴，晚上就遭到了抢劫。

为了不暴露自己，他们在作案时极端残忍，往往是先杀人灭口，再实施抢劫。被害人身上常常是伤痕累累，无论是七旬老人还是四岁孺子，都是锤刀交加，血肉模糊，惨不忍睹。

由于闫伟民、张贵堂作案时对被害人并不了解，所以很多被害人在被杀害后，凶手抢劫所得并不多，他们有时仅为100、200元钱就大开杀戒。在河北省威县希望饲料经销部，被害人王某某被杀，抢走现金仅100元。在卫辉市庞寨乡刘某某烟酒批发部内，刘某某被杀，被抢走的财物仅是200余元现金。在西平县“11.13”案中，王某某一家三口被杀，抢走现金1000余元。在浚县新镇“11.19”案中郝某某惨遭灭门，仅被抢走现金200余元。在河北省永年县“5.2”案中，彭某一家四口悉数被杀，抢劫现金1000余元……

闫伟民和张贵堂“职业强盗”的生涯一直从1995年持续到1998年元月。这期间张贵堂曾因盗窃被判刑一年零六个月。闫伟民失去了左膀右臂，才暂时停止了杀人抢劫。但张贵堂1999年10月出狱仅半年，这对冷血搭档就制造了河北省永年县“5.2”彭某一家四口被杀的灭门惨案。值得庆幸的是，2001年，张贵堂又因盗窃被判刑入狱直至案发，这样，才彻底终结了他们罪恶的嗜血之路。

他们如此疯狂地杀人越货，到底有什么企图和目标？张贵堂说自己家里穷，老婆不好看，弄来钱后除了生活花销外，还想在城里依靠经济实力找个洋气的老婆。闫伟民的目标要高些，他称最大目标是当上村里的支部书记。这个杀人恶魔唉声叹气地埋怨张贵堂说:“要不是他没脑子出卖朋友，我的目标肯定早实现了。“

2005年11月27日，鹤壁市中级人民法院依法公开审理了闫伟民、张贵堂抢劫、盗窃一案。经查明被告人闫伟民参与入户抢劫犯罪13起，抢劫人民币121700元，致20人死亡，2人重伤，3人轻伤，1人轻微伤；参与盗窃犯罪31起，盗窃财物价值1215722元。被告人张贵堂参与入户抢劫犯罪14起，抢劫人民币123700元，致20人死亡，3人重伤，3人轻伤，一人轻微伤；参与盗窃犯罪2起，盗窃财物价值66647元。依照法律，闫伟民和张贵堂分别被判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。法庭还同时判决两被告向被害人及被害人亲属刑事附带民事赔偿100余万元，这对祸害人间的冷血搭档终于受到了应有的惩罚。
