最近有消息说，中国科学院院士、中国科学院前院长白春礼，在到长春光机所调研时，曝出一条惊天消息。哈工大在研制极紫外光刻机重要部件一一EUV光源工程化样机上，取得重大成功。

然而，官方媒体中，却没有刊登这方面的详细内容。从各路自媒体上的消息看，哈工大自研的超精密高速激光干涉仪，已经拿到了世界光子大会“金燧奖”金奖这样的顶级荣誉。

而且，这条消息已经在哈工大校友总会网站上查到了出处，应当可靠。网站上表示，谭久彬院士指导的胡鹏程教授团队，突破系列核心测量方法和工程化关键技术，解决了该领域存在的测不准、测不精、测不快的核心难题。

在此基础上，团队研制了HUE-D/S/X系列，高速超精密激光干涉仪并进行小批量生产。经3位院士等专家鉴定，仪器整体技术达到国际先进水平，其中3项关键技术，都已经处于国际领先水平。

另外，某专业刊物上爆出，哈尔滨工业大学可调谐（气体）激光技术国家级重点实验室，已经对毛细管放电技术进行了一系列深入研究，并在毛细管放电产生极紫外光的基础上，取得了重大突破！目前，已经研制出了DPP-EUV光源研究平台。

而EUV光刻技术是新一代光刻技术，有着广泛且重要的应用前景。目前，有消息说，长春光机所在实验室基于哈工大DPP-EUV光源平台，已经搭建出了一套EUV光源设备。 

这就已经说明，中国已经在光刻机领域获得了重大进步。这就让中国自研光刻机技术，能够直指3nm工艺，彻底打破美西方的封锁，已经指日可待！

然而，此时荷兰人也学会了美国那一套耍臭无赖的手法。ASML总裁温宁克在访华时，竟然发表了逆天言论！他声称，中国自研光刻机是在破坏全球产业链！

这种逻辑实在让人稀奇！难道说，美西方国家禁止向中国出售光刻机，甚至连高端芯片都不卖给中国，就不是在破坏全球产业链！而中国自力更生，自己研发光刻机，反而破坏了产业链？

这让笔者想起了耶伦前几天的表态，作为一名专业人士，她竟然声称中国不能和美国发展相同的产业，以避免对美国构成威胁！

看来，美西方的政客也好，专家也罢，都是同样一幅霸权嘴脸！他们从骨子里都透露出一股傲慢！这也让他们的智商瞬间归零，几乎等于白痴！

然而，面对中国人取得的成绩，西方不仅不服气，反而倒打一耙。2023年2月，ASML在发布的2022年年报中，竟然公开指责“一名来自中国的前雇员，盗走了ASML的核心机密”。

虽然说，ASML没有明说，这会让中国从中获益，但是背后的潜台词就是这个意思。然而，这就是一条彻头彻尾的谎言！

因为，美国现在连中国的留学生，都不允许在相关高科技专业进行学习，同时还大肆抓捕在美国的华裔科学家。因此，在ASML的核心岗位，又怎么可能有来自中国的雇员！这分明是欲盖弥彰！

其实，无论从哪个方面看，美西方国家制裁中国的芯片产业，都得不偿失。

一方面，限制对中国的光刻机和芯片出口，只会倒逼中国，集中中国全部资金和人才，自研芯片技术。而一旦中国获得突破，他们就会彻底失去现在的市场垄断地位。因此，限制中国，这对西方没有任何好处！

另一方面，中国是芯片应用的最大市场，如果西方生产的先进芯片不卖给中国，就只能烂在库房里。

据市场调查机构Counterpoint Research最新的报告，2023年第一季度，全球智能手机市场出货量为2.802亿部，同比下降14%，环比下降7%。而手机是3nm芯片最大的应用领域，因此这会让西方的芯片厂商损失惨重！外媒甚至报道说，长此以往，这会给美西方的芯片产业带来灭顶之灾！

此时，ASML CEO也清醒了，他表示：绝不能失去中国市场，哪怕有美国禁令，也要不顾一切向中国出售光刻机！

不过，正所谓曾经的你对我爱答不理，如今的我你已高攀不起！目前，中国不仅已经在自研光刻机技术方面，取得了重大进步，同时，在光子芯片领域也是异军突起！

前段时间，更是传出消息说，中科院已经攻克3nm光子芯片技术，预计2023年在北京开建第一条生产线。届时，中国将会成为世界上第一个大规模量产光子芯片的国家。这等于给了拜登当头一棒！

不过，这方面的消息也比较混乱，真假难辨。这也好理解，毕竟涉及芯片技术的内容，都高度敏感，因此谁都不可能把最新的技术拿出来示人。

不过，从最近美国放低身段求中国抱抱，就能看出，拜登已经认怂了。这从一个侧面也能验证，拜登发起的芯片战争，已经遭到了失败！
