第一，我们可以只需花钱，就能不经过战争收回台湾。这样中国就可以避免受到美西方国家的制裁，可以使国家发展上升期不被中断，因此经济也不需要倒退几十年。
第二，我们在和平情况下收回台湾，这样双方不但在军事武器的耗费上节省大量的军费，还可以避免因为战争所造成的设施损毁以及产业资本外流。最大限度保留好经济。避免了资金避险所造成的资金外流，所带来的经济效益远高于10000亿美元。

第三，可以避免人员的伤亡，最大程度上保护好士兵的生命，达到不战而屈人之兵的效果。避免海峡两岸的大陆城市与台湾城市都可以免于遭到炮火的攻击，避免了因为战争而导致的百姓家破人亡和流离失所。

第四，美国会丧失掉别的国家对美国的信任，因为经过经此一役，别的国家就会认为在美国的眼里，所有的盟友和朋友都是可以用钱来进行交换的，会使得国家不再信任美国，美国霸权也可能会加快进一步加速瓦解。

这样做的坏处就是中国会在世界各国眼中留下一个温顺不敢应战的形象，使得中国在各国眼中依然柔弱可欺，这不是我们所能接受的，这不符合一个大国形象。

下面我们再来看一看，如果中国不接受这个提议，有什么样的好处和坏处呢？
第一，可以极大的增强民族自信心和民族凝聚力，而且经过战争所解放回来的台湾，可以一劳永逸的解决问题，防止后续一些外国插手，例如香港的占中闹剧。

第二，中国如果以武力收回台湾，将会在世界的其他国家眼中树立一个强大，勇敢的大国形象，将使中国的国际地位和国际影响力进一步增加。
第三，这也会锻炼中国士兵的实战能力和检验武器的实战效能，可以达到比较好的检验效果。

武力收回台湾的坏处也就是上述所说的好处的对立面。

但这也是美国的一厢情愿，即使美国不插手，目前的这些台独分子也都会顽固到底。毕竟台湾不是美国的，想丢就丢，想拿就拿，美国也没有如此大的权力。如果台独遭到美国的抛弃，台独可能会殊死一搏，因为迎接他的只有死路一条。但是台军士兵可能会在临战时期全都退缩投降，这也不失为一种优秀的方式。

尽管中国的外汇储备十分庞大，但是中国是否要通过这种方式来解决台湾的解放问题还有待商讨。我相信国家一定会以最正确，代价最小的危险后果来收回台湾。但就我个人而言，我觉得还是可以用10000亿美元进行收回台湾的，面子并不重要，能够得到真正实惠的才是最好的，正好也可以把我们想急于卖掉的美债给用掉。不知道各位的想法是什么样，欢迎在评论区留言讨论。
